K-9 Instincts Kennel

I wanted to wait a couple months to write this review to make sure that it would would be accurate — In mid July, I picked up my dog, Bowie, after he spent 2 weeks with Matt and Brittany in the «Board to Train» program. He is now the calm and obedient dog that I have always wanted, but thought that my crazy (and large) 2-​year-​old rescue would never be. K9 instincts has worked a miracle — no more jumping, no more chasing after the cat, no more dragging me down the street… He comes when called, does what I ask of him, and I feel that I have the tools to make sure that the training sticks. I finally feel that I can trust my dog, and it has changed our relationship in a way that I never could have imagined. If you are thinking about doing the «Board to Train» program, just do it. They are available to answer questions or meet with you in person after the training, and check in with you to make sure that you are satisfied. If you board your dog at their facility after he/​she has completed the program, they get refresher training at no additional cost. I left my dog with them several times over the summer and he was always incredibly excited as we pulled up and exhausted (and freshly bathed) when I brought him home. Thank you Matt and Brittany!

My 3 yr old malinois was having behavioral problems I had never addressed. 2 weeks with Matt & Brittany and I have a different dog. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results and would recommend K-​9 instincts to anyone. They KNOW what they are doing there. Their dog training philosophy is great.

I am very happy with the kennel and their training services. My pooch had some behavioral issues and received extensive training. We could not be more happy with the outcome. Now that he has training, he can board at this kennel. The kennel atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Before we pick him up, they arrange to bathe him so he nice and clean for his return home.
