History

Established in 1987.

Theatre was originally opened in 1945 as a single screen downtown theatre. Closed in 1975 and re-​opened in 1989 as a restored Art Deco style motion picture theatre, now including a fine dining restaurant located within the auditorium. Listed on both the National Register of Historic Places and the VA Landmarks Register.
