I specialize in customizing yoga to work for you,

whether you are a beginner or experienced.

Have you played with the idea of starting up yoga

because you don’t want to hurt or embarrass yourself,

or you just prefer privacy?

I offer private and group yoga and/​or shiatsu massage

in your home or office.

If you want you can invite some friends to join you

in a series of group lessons to share the cost.

Or have them over for a Yoga Party! An afternoon

or evening of fun and yoga.

Have a business? Offer a free or subsidized class

to help your staff or partners return to work

refreshed and energized. Offer a Shiatsu massage for

the employee of the week, or a day for everyone to

sign up for a chair massage.

Business Owner

Yoga teacher with over 25 years experience doing yoga, teaching since 1995. Her informative style is non-​dogmatic and popular with athletes and non-​yogis.

Certified Shiatsu Therapist since 1994. Pat combines Shiatsu with resotrative yoga poses to maximize the benefits. Most clients report feeling relaxed yet energized after the session.

Pat’s training in Iyengar style yoga is reflected in her teaching. Her focus on alignment and attention to detail help you learn the best and safest way to do the poses to maximize their benefits without hurting yourself.

Her experience with therapeutics helps with special needs, and her relaxed style helps you to discover your limitations without judgement. Her knowledge of when and how to use props allows you to safely learn the poses.
