From small startups to lifelong freelancers, Witherspoon & Sons exists to provide a creative, well-​designed entrepreneurial environment for our members. History

Established in 2014.

Built in the late 1800’s, the Witherspoon Building originally housed a saloon, dance hall and brothel. After 123 years of bad decisions and forgettable tenants, it has been gutted, renovated, and LEED certified. Redeemed from top to bottom, it was designed and crafted to be an inspiring home where creative professionals can do great work.

The Witherspoon Building is now home to Parliament, The Witherspoon and Witherspoon & Sons — downtown Portland’s collective of modern makers.
