Willamette Heating & Air-Conditioning

Something has changed with Willamette. I’d previously used Ted to install ac in my last house and then recommended him to my sister so it’s no surprise that I called him to do my current home. He showed up promptly, quoted the job, agreed on a date for installation but then called back a few days and said he couldn’t do the job. This is were it gets weird. He said he had to take care of his customers with «manicured lawns.» Uh, Ok I guess my new house’s landscaping wasn’t up to his standards but what that has to do with our arrangement for him to install air conditioning escapes me.
In any event if this is the way he treats a third time customer then I fear for some who hasn’t patronized his business before. If he didn’t want to do the job that’s fine, but once you agree its not ethical to refuse to uphold your end of the bargain. Hot weather is on the way and now I’ve got to find someone else and go to the back of the line. If Ted has simply turned down the job at the outset I could have just gone elsewhere but now I’m out the time I spent waiting for him. Not nice.
So if you are thinking of using Willamette, be aware, he doesn’t keep his word. Whether that extends to the work itself I can’t say, but my suggestion is to either go elsewhere or be very careful if you choose to do business with him.

Willamette Heating and Air Condition are very good at what they do and their pricing is very competitive. You can expect straight talk and friendly service. Ted Daily was exceptional at answering my questions and explaining the logistics of HVAC. I highly recommend Willamette Heating and Cooling.
