Stopped for my coffee and thought the menu sounded good and I would be back for my lunch break until… I saw the man behind the counter pick up a bagel from the toaster, wipe his hands on his shorts, put it down, ring me up, take my money, make change, wiped his hands on his shorts again and went back to pick up the same bagel… all the while bare handed and never used sanitizing liquid. Unless those are some sort of super special hand cleaning shorts I find that to be amazingly unhealthy and I hope that bagel is not for a customer sitting there! With my limited interaction I can say the menu looks good with sandwiches and the like and they are very conviently located in the Time and Temp Bldg.

This company caters to our company frequently and the food is always amazing and so are the wait staff they send over! Their pasta salad and stuffed mushrooms were a favorite of mine!

Inconsistent hours, so much so that they aren’t even posted. Sometimes when I walk by they are open sometimes they are not, maybe they close between breakfast and lunch but I wouldn’t know they don’t keep hours posted. The food is decent enough however I had a very bad experience with whom I am assuming is the manager/owner who made comments under his breath to me when I asked for extra cream cheese for my bagel that I GLADLY paid extra for. Rather than being professional and remedying a simple situation they commented that maybe I shouldn’t come back because I was«obviously not happy». I find this troubling as I live in the neighborhood and was looking for a new breakfast place since my normal place has closed down. He was right I was unhappy after those comments. Please Whips realize this is the customer service industry not the customer diss industry. Maybe I will try again, the food was good but I really hope they decide to treat customers better. Especially ones that live next door and can be daily customers… if I ever knew when they were open :/

Stopped in the other day for lunch. It was about an hour or so before they stopped serving lunch for the day but they looked like they were putting stuff away and cleaning up. I was going to try their haddock sandwich but they were all out of fish. Decided on the steak and cheese sandwich. I was going to get either pasta salad or coleslaw as a side but again they were out of these two items. Settled on some waffle fries. The steak and cheese was pretty good. Not the best I’ve ever had but certainly something I could order again. The fries were a little on the soggy side but I think they were sitting around since it was nearing the end of their business hours. I’d go back but I’ll go earlier so I can have the full menu selection. Tip — They provide full service off site catering as well. My office had a lunch gathering catered by them a few years back and I remember the food being quite good. Small family run operation so stop by and give them your business.
