Have nearly stopped using them all together due to declining customer service very hard to get a salesman on the phone and have waited 20 min. when visiting store.

I have literally called 3X and been transferred to 3 different sales agents. I always get transferred to vmail, and I have never received a call back. It’s a shame because we identified the doors that we want to buy from them… all they had to do was call and we were ready to order. Could be that I’m not a contractor and random homeowners are not treated as a priority?

I’ve sent messages through the website twice and called twice over the last month. I get transferred to voicemail or ignored every time. I would really like to look at some doors but apparently they don’t want my non-​contractor business.

Not as good as they used to be. Declining quality and customer service. If they screw up expect to have to fight for them to fix their mistake, especially if it will cost them $.

We recently visited Western Pac to review a door and moulding order our contractor had placed for our home rebuild. We didn’t have an appointment but were promptly found a salesperson to attend to our needs (as our sales contact was unavailable). Wow, what a pleasure to find a true gentleman who knows his stuff! I feel fully confident that Robert understood what we wanted (and needed to change on the order) and was able to read between the lines. We were in and out in an hour and it was by far the smoothest most respectful and comfortable experience we’ve had yet (as a mother — daughter duo I feel we are often marginalized in the construction environment). Better yet, once I got home and unpacked the paperwork for the day, it turns out Robert is the CEO of the company. Now that is true service — he never mentioned it and gave the impression he had all the time in the world for our little project. Thank you Robert & Western Pacific.
