Established in 2004.

Practice was originally established by Dr. Bolwitz prior to 2014. It became Wayne H. Mori, DMD in 2004. We are located in the 700 Building in the growing Lloyd district. We are said to become the new pearl district of Portland with so many growing businesses. We have and continue to cater to many local business employees because of our convenient location.

Selected as one of the «Top 100 Dentists» in Portland for 2013, 2014 and 2015 by «Portland Monthly Magazine».

Born in Gardena, California, Dr. Mori grew up in Honolulu, Hawaii where he graduated from the University of Hawaii with a bachelors degree in Zoology. After graduating from the Oregon Health & Science University School of Dentistry in 1998 he worked for several outstanding dentists in the Portland area before starting his own practice in 2004.

Dr. Mori has been at his current location in the Lloyd District for over 10 years leading a team of talented professionals who go the extra mile to provide excellent care in a comfortable environment.

Married since 1989, his practice is a family affair with his wife, Donna, managing overall office operations.

His eldest daughter, Ashley, is attending the University of Oregon. His younger daughter, Kristin, attends Westside Christian High School. He enjoys running, gardening, hiking, family time, and his West Highland Terrier, Zoey.
