I am an acupuncturist, herbalist and a birth doula. My passion is in helping men and women on their path to parenthood. Whether you are having a hard time getting pregnant, are currently pregnant, or are seeking help during labor or postpartum, Chinese medicine can be very beneficial.

While Women’s Health is an area of interest for me, I enjoy working with individuals wherever they are in life and whatever challenges they are facing. Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine are useful for a wide variety of conditions, and it is a joy to help people get well and stay well. My primary practice location is at Pearl Health Center in NW Portland. You can also find me at Mama Group Acupuncture, close-​in SE Portland, most Thursday afternoons.
