History

Established in 2006.

URI was founded by construction professional Randy Boehm in 2006, following 27 years at a large NW contractor. Having risen through the ranks to Principal, Randy has deep expertise in all phases of preconstruction and construction.

URI’s core philosophy holds that a well-​executed preconstruction process sets the stage for an efficient construction delivery, and we do our best work with clients who value planning. Our work encompasses both commercial and residential work, with special expertise in universities and other institutions, historical renovation, nonprofits, and tenant improvement.
