U.S. Bank

Wow– so slow. I had to make a deposit for a friend and stood in line for at least 5 minutes without acknowledgement from any of the employees? I am so glad I’m not a U.S. Bank regular! Once someone finally decided to show up and help me she was pleasant at best.

The USBank at 67^th & Glisan is competent without being worthy of appearing in the news. It is located on a hill right across the block from a Fred Meyer. The branch is full service.
I opened up an account a while back at that branch. The representative was polite and I could use it quickly. It is nice to be able to bank at a place with machines all over.
Tellers have typically been efficient and willing to quickly strike up conversations. A communal atmosphere is well kept for a chain. I cannot give a Wall Street bank a full endorsement for their obvious dealings, but I like this branch.

This is my third time there and the service is bad BUT didn’t be as horrible as today! I went there around 10am and they are not busy at all… I was asking to have some change for my restaurant and I was paying my credit card! My family have accounts with US bank over decades! And all the US bank we went are so so so super friendly and yes wonderful customer services! But here make me pissed! The service was very very very very BAD! I meant it! The way they speak to customer was rude! And they don’t trust me that we have an Business account with them! I understand that that ppl can fake anything up,.they ask me to show the business card! Hello., my parent has the card and I told them the name of an business account! And I also give them the account number! But they were like if u don’t have the business card… I can’t give any change… hey I didn’t make a lot change only 20 $ for quarters and 40 for one dollar bill… I will never go to this us bank again ever, I always go the one on downtown (4^th stress close to PSU) the service way way way better! And friendly and polite! No wonder why this us bank is so quiet and no super star !!! Sucks!
