Awesome people on the inside. I had a problem with my ATM card right before vacation and Erick was awesome in helping me get it resolved in almost no time. Super nice.

What can I say? It’s the local branch of my bank.
Nice people work inside, although I see them usually once a year or so.
ATM is great! accepts cash and check without envelopes for deposit. super convenient!

They’re better than BofA. I’ve never had any issues with misposted transactions or overdraft fees. They do charge $ 3 at the ATM but you can avoid that by buying a pack of gum at the grocery store and getting cash back.
However, their phone customer service is wretched. I recently had an issue where a few checks from May got cashed but the companies claimed they didn’t cash them so I called to put in a dispute. The girl on the phone flat out said she didn’t know if that was possible and put me on hold five or six times to check with her boss. Then when she came back and said she could she made me repeat the dates of checks 5 times and then when she discovered they were about 35 – 40 days old she went «ooooooh. Gosh. These checks are SO OLD. I don’t think we can do this…» over and over again. I should not be made to feel embarrassed for calling about something cashed last month, especially given the oddness of the situation. I work for a bank and I get that it sucks when you have people call about charges years later, but this was a month and she acted like I asked her to research something from 1995.
Also their mobile banking is shit. The app never works and crashes. It also randomly locks you out and not a single person at the bank knows how to get you back in. Trying to view their website via a phone web browser takes patience as they constantly error out.

I have Paid my US Bank Credit Card Every Month on Time, have paid down the balance and this month’s Credit Card Statement shows that they increased my rate by 2%.
Same banks that are taking all our taxpayer money. Their Trust Department lost over $ 100k in my mom’s trust account.
Stay away from US Bank.

$ 3 ATM Fees can suck it.
Seriously. I am getting sick of it.
I paid my $ 3. I got my cash. My experience with this business was not positive.
$ 1.50 and maybe even $ 2 is reasonable. $ 3 is unreasonable. But hey, you’ve got the corner on the ATM market down here in Sellwood… so I guess you can do whatever you want, US Bank. That may be sound business practices, but it’s socially irresponsible.
Credit unions don’t charge for their ATM’s You could learn a lesson.
