Chris and Scott did a great job at my home. They mounted my TV and sound bar over my fireplace. It looks terrific. They tried very hard to not cut into any drywall but ultimately they had to make a small hole in order to retrieve some wires.
We had a problem when we found out that my mantle was ½ inch lower on one side. This made the tv look crooked. They came up with a good solution and I think it looks great! (Not one person has noticed anything looking crooked)
They also were very tidy. They left my place clean of any debris that they created during the install.
Not only did Chris and Scott do a terrific job, but they were a pleasure to have around.

The guys came over this weekend to wire my media room for Dolby Atmos surround sound. Excellent work. They had to run multiple speaker lines in an existing media room in an old house. There were a couple of challenges but they were undaunted and figured it out. Completely cleaned up afterwords. Price was fair. Everyone involved in the business from the office gal with great communications, Tyson meeting me on my schedule and the fantastic installers are hIghly recommended. Very well run business.

Free consultation was great, service was professional, on time, on budget and provided the hardware needed to take my entertainment space to the next level by moving necessary outlets and wires. Tv was centered to my liking and I will have them back if I need anything else. It was a bit more pricey than other quotes but it was due to the extra electrical work they do and the mounts, wires, and plates that they also provide. Thanks guys, will call you next time!

I highly recommend Tyson Whiteside A/​V for your install needs. Tyson and his installers Alan and Cole were incredibly professional and took the extra time to walk me through my options. The 2 tv’s they mounted look awesome and the sports cave is dialed in. Best of all the job was done by pros in a half day instead of half-​ass over 15 hours by me!

We had Tyson and his guys mount our flatscreen TV and I was so pleased with the service we received. Tyson gave us our initial visit and then two of his guys did the install. Everyone was professional, friendly, clean, and were so kind to my little kids. The price was fair, the work was solid, and they didn’t cut corners. In fact, they went above and beyond and working with them was such a pleasure. If you’re looking for somebody to do work in your home, I can’t recommend Tyson and his crew enough. We’ll be using them for all of our home theater needs from here on out.

Believe the hype, tyson and his team spent a day getting my tv wall mounted, speaker wires ran and fixing not just the drywall they knocked out, but the drywall the previous owner of my house had messed up, and even repainted and made it look fantastic. The price was right, he was upfront with his budget, and when done he came by to verify my satisfaction and made sure he had the wow factor down for me, and was I ever don’t bother calling atound, these guys are the real deal

Tyson and crew helped me fine-​tune my home theater system after my «other» guy left town. They thoroughly listened to what needs had to be met for my particular situation and… presto! I even up-​graded from Sirius home system to Sonos. Love it! They even set me up with a garage system, which I love, love, love. I can easily contact their office gal, Marlena, and my questions are answered promptly. Thank you, Tyson… you really know your stuff!

The five star rating is well deserved. I had a 135″ projector screen installed, along with some custom lighting and a custom built cabinet for the electronics. It took some time, but I ended up with a system that actually adds to the look of my house instead of detracting from it.
I waited to write my review until I had a problem. The electronics were running a little hot, and Tyson came by two days later to drill holes in the custom shelving they had built for me. No muss, no fuss. The whole team is honest and professional, and I would definitely use them again.

Absolutely fantastic– these guys are the best– Tyson suggested how to get it done, the guys showed up, got everything taken care of– played with the dog even– took the trash away and made sure we knew how to run everything. We even had a good laugh when I put Top Gum in the DVD player– they had to admit it wasn’t the first time that had happened– I will call them again the next time I need anything done with my entertainment system.

I had a flat screen and Sonos system installed, and was very pleased with the service. Guys were prompt, friendly, and took the time to explain the system. Installation itself looks great — I wanted clean and pretty, and I got it. About a month after installation I had issues with my AppleTV connectivity, and they came back and helped me troubleshoot (it was an Apple issue, not an installation issue). Highly recommend, and would use them again.

Very pleased with Tyson and his business. My first attempt to do business with him involved an ongoing issue I was having with my cable service. Frontier techs were telling me I needed to replace the cable in my home because the previous owner used substandard cable. Tyson turned down the job and advised me to press the issue with Frontier, which I did, and they found the issue was actually their junction box.
This time I needed help fast, because my projector went kaput 2 days before a big college football weekend and party. He came on Saturday morning, tried again to fix my older Mitsubishi, could not… picked up a new Sony VPL-​HW40ES for me, and had it installed before my guests arrived for the game! Highly recommend this company!

I had my TV mounted over my ledgestone fireplace. The guys did a great job drilling the smallest holes possible and mounting my TV securely on the stone. We opted to use conduit to conceal my wires instead of fishing wires through the wall. This was mainly due to not wanting to risk damaging the chimney. The cost of the install was in the ballpark of other companies (not cheap, but reasonable), but I did feel like more was included in the services provided by Tyson Whiteside AV. I ended up meeting 4 people who work for this company and they were all friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for someone to mount your TV in a difficult place.
One star was deducted because I didn’t have a perfect experience with this company. The day that I scheduled to have my TV mounted, the guys came over in a new van that didn’t have all of the supplies they needed. Due to lack of preparation, they had to come back the next day to finish the job. We are all human, so I’m not upset about it, but it was an inconvenience. I also noticed a couple issues with the wire concealment, but they did address my concerns completely on that second day.

I highly recommend Tyson and his crew for any audio/​video installation. Tyson came over to assess the situation and give an estimate for installing a 55″ or 60″ tv on an uneven stone fireplace. He had great suggestions and was very friendly and professional. I hadn’t yet purchased the tv but told him what I was looking at and he even had a suggestion for a model I hadn’t looked at. We scheduled the installation then and there.
Scott and Alan showed up to install the tv and were also very friendly and professional. They listened to my concerns/​questions and were very responsive. This was a difficult, all day job. They installed tv, receiver, surround sound, dvd player, wii and apple tv. They stayed until it was completed and cleaned up as they went along.
I decided to have them come back and program a universal remote and a coax connection to my roof antenna in a spare bedroom.
Chris and Alan came to do that job and again it was a very pleasant experience. I can’t say enough great things about Tyson and his crew. Excellent service and everyone was pleasant to work with. Showed up promptly every time. I am thrilled with the excellent professional quality of the work. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

Excellent service from Tyson, even from the beginning when he came to the house to scope the work versus just giving me a cost sight unseen. I had two flat screens installed, one being simple and a second that required over an hour of drilling through stone tiles. Both installs came out perfectly, and they even modified my entertainment center so that my directv box, game system and power strip could be better concealed inside.

From the first contact with Tyson until the job was completed I was completely impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism. Tyson gives you a «will not exceed» price up front so you know exactly what you will be paying. I had a TV hung that required relocating power and coaxial. Even when a problem was encountered that added time to the job there was no increase in cost.
Everyone who sees the TV talks about how clean the installation is. You don’t see anything but the TV. It is really great work at a very fair price.
