Description

Specialties

Now under new ownership and management, Tube is being restored to its original glory. We specialize in great music and hospitality. Everything is being revamped, from entertainment, sound, bar programming, food and overall cleanliness, Tube is back to being the gem of Chinatown.

History

Established in 2002.

Tube was originally opened in 2002 as one of the nicest, most artisan places in town. There were few bars in Chinatown, and Tube was ahead of its time. Tube has had a few heydays in various eras, and is about to enter into a new one. With the stewardship of new owners and staff, Tube is back to being the gem of Chinatown. It’s the kind of place you grew up partying in, redone to catch up with you down the line as your tastes and preferences grow.

Meet the Business Owner

Eric B.

Business Owner

Eric was born and raised in Portland and has traveled the world extensively as a DJ. He recently moved back to Portland from Los Angeles with the goal of owning a bar and that bar is Tube. Tube was one of his all time favorites that had fallen off a little bit in recent years, but with a little polishing could become a jewel once again.
