Like Kylee said: A NIGHTMARE store with cheap shoes! My 15 year old daughter used her own $ for a pair of boots but after changing her mind, we tried to return them & was told we couldn’t. Even though NOONETOLDUS the return policy at the time of purchase! The nice sales people«tried to call the owner several times with no answer… We left with a store credit which we don’t want! We will be telling everyone we know NOTTOSHOPATTRENDSHOES,

A literal NIGHTMARE. I’ve never met people so impossible to reason with. They don’t value you as a customer at all. I walked out crying because they refused to do an exchange for me. If you ever want to return/exchange shoes from here, DONOT try them on! Don’t even touch them or they won’t take them back. This place is doing business completely wrong. They offended me with their rudeness and publicly shamed me with their scoffs and looks at each other. The only good thing about this place is that the shoes really are adorable.

Even without a sale, this place is pretty cheap. the quality isn’t so bad either. It’s own by a Korean family who are very friendly and nice. I am a shoe snob as well and I love these shoes. The shoes are of same quality and fashion to the ones they usually sell in Korea which is AWESOME! When I went, it was buy 1, get 1 ½ off. But the every single shoe was already on sale so I bought one pair of boots for $ 30 and got the 2nd pair of boots for $ 15. ITWASAWESOME! I love supporting local family businesses and this is definitely one I like to support!

Yeah, I am sort of a shoe snob. I must have walked by this shop a hundred times and always gave it a wide berth because it just looks so cheap. I did tell my ex-BFF about it though because she was always buying cheap heels. She is not a shoe snob and she did buy some heels. She assured me that they were quite comfortable. My curiosity got the better of me yesterday and I darted furtively into the shop and tried on a few pairs of heels and whaddya know? They really are comfortable. This is one of the few things my ex-BFF did not lie to me about. I rarely spend less than $ 50.00 on a pair of shoes… on sale. These hot-stuff heels were only $ 27.99 regular price and if I had bought a second pair, that pair would have been 30% off. Not a bad deal. Shame on me for being such a snob. I misjudged you Trend Shoes.
