Tory Burch

The products are high quality, no question there. But the selection isn’t very good.
Like a lot of stores these days, they are too generous with their vanity sizing. I’m usually fine with that if they use typical numbered sizes like 2,4,6,8, but if you are going to sell a 28″ waist pants, the waist should measure nearer to 28″ than 32″.
I was so excited when they had a pair of jeans on sale in my size (28″) but they were way too big. The clerk recommended a 24″, but they did not have any in stock, and didn’t plan to get any more until after the sale was over.
Feels like a bait and switch to me. I don’t think I will be back.

This place has INCREDIBLE customer service, namely by Samantha! She is genuinely kind, very knowledgeable, and super helpful as well. Found some cute jewelry and got a chance to look around at the selection. This location is fantastic and comfortable to shop at. Love, love, love!!!

For Mother’s Day, my husband got me a FitBit and I discovered that Tory Burch actually had cute bands for them. After looking online at them, I went into the store and purchase two bands that were xs/​small. Since they were easy to put on and take off. I went back today around noon to get another band in blue. I told Sue exactly what I wanted. Even show her the one I had on me. Even before she went to look for the product. She said that the band only came in one size. I told her that was not correct and she insisted that it was correct. Seriously, I just purchase two bands yesterday that were xs/​small. I am surprise that a so-​called manager doesn’t even know about the product that Tory Burch sells. But also to have the nerve to dispute with a customer that physically had the item in a different color already. The funny thing is that online, the product I want is in stock at that location in an xs/​small.

Superior service. I needed to return a Marion bag that was gifted to me for Christmas by a pathological liar who was pretending to be at his grandmother’s in Walla Walla for Christmas while he was actually in Las Vegas with his Cocktail waitress side dish. I found out about this through friends. Naturally I didn’t want to keep the bag he sent me to cover his A – . They were very understanding although the origonal tags were gone as I opened in a restaurant with him as he lied through his teeth. I left the tags there. They were so helpful and understanding. Thank you for taking back would have been a beautiful bag for me that I just couldn’t keep on principle. It was truly a work of art.

I’m a big fan … But not of this store. I bought a carnival red bag less than a year ago. The leather wore off the straps within 6 months. I brought the bag in & the manager was going to call me. That was in June! I’ve called four times. Zero resolution or repair on a spendy, crappy bag. What a shame to the T. Burch name!

Excellent customer service and lovely atmosphere. Came to the mall to get a LV bag and wallet but just had to check out this store for some flats to add to my shoe collection and was glad I did. The sales associate who helped me was patient and helpful. She asked if my boyfriend and I wanted anything to drink (just like Nordstrom) while I tried on shoes. I have small feet and really appreciate that these kind of places always seem to carry my size. I like Tory Burch’s iPad checkout system because they can just send me an electronic copy of my receipt. The prices are better than Vancouver and no sales tax is a real bonus.

It’s really interesting to see how a place can be remade from a wide-​open, large and airy space that was former resident’s style (BCBG) to the rather warm, cozy and compartmental arrangement that is the look of the new resident Tory Burch.
This boutique is just filled with pricey lovelies from floor to ceiling. I am particularly in love with the Lola Metallic Top: a gorgeous short sleeve silk tunic with sparkly embellishment around the neck. Priced at a mere $ 395.00, I am fairly certain this will never hang in my closet.
Whether I am going to buy something in here that costs as much as my mortgage is beside the point. There are pretty things in here and I like looking at pretty things. Get used to my visits.
