Love this place too I’m from WA and nobody would tell where the discount world was or b and I or even the swap meet was then I found this place when I was looking for fat laces for my shell toes .I walked in and it was like I was in my closet at home everything I liked

Great selection of hats and sneakers and lots of other stuff. Also, they do custom embroidery here and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I had a custom hat done same-​day and it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made in the last couple of years.

Love it! Just moved out here from Cali. Reminds me of the shops & indoor swapmeets back home. Has mostly everything. Husband goes there a lot as well for shirts. If you like pro clubs & 501’s tho, they don’t have any. Other then that tho, it’s pretty dope.

Hmmm… I can’t find the Salem location for Top to Bottom on Unilocal so I’m jus going to leave a review for that location. The location I went to is parking lot away from the Walmart in Salem. The retail prices are very reasonable. You got choices from pants, dresses, shoes, t-​shirts, sweaters, thermals they all vary from $ 10-​$ 30 depending what you buy. Plain colored beanies are $ 2. I’m definitely coming back to shop here.

Great for trendy clothing if you’re a extra small to a large. The Plus size area is okay but leaves a bit to be desired. The shoes though! Oh the shoes! Need trendy shoes for the season? They will have something for you and the clearance on shoes is great too. I got some super cute heeled boots for $ 10.00. Their men’s select is huge, so is their baseball caps. They also with do custom designs. Always love going there and worth a visit.

Top to bottom employees are horrible! there mean! rude! they treat and talk to you like piece of garbage! I came 30 minuets before closing time and they refused to let me in, i had to argue with them that there’s still have and hour left. When they let me in i was pretty fast about 10 minuets at most i just needed a dressy shirt for an occasion tried to go in to the fitting room which they also didnt let me they told me to try it on there and the cashier the bitchy mexican girl was just EXTREMELY mean and rude i came up to the cash register she just ignored me and kept on talking to the other worker, when i asked her to please check me out she was very rude and threw my clothes in the bag, threw my change back at me and shoved the bag at me! HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! the store has very nice clothing but i will never go back after what i experienced.

Finally found Portland’s own version of Fort Lauderdale’s Swap Shop — almost! close enough!
Absolutely mind boggling selection of super trendy clothes for ladies — from bustiers, to shiny pants, to fishnets, to cheap cotton camis, Tshirts and pants. It’s truly a treasure hunt if you don’t think at all about the cheap labor that went in to producing all this stuff.
They also have incredibly fun shoes — platforms, pumps, stillettos, knee-​high ‘converse’ (including a leopard print), fake birkenstocks, fake Toms, and i’m pretty sure it’s all vegan ‘leather’ too. I have to admit I’ve never seen high heels for the elementary school set but they have them here.
My $ 1.99 earrings were ‘lead-​free’ but did have a warning on the back that they contained certain materials considered to be hazardous in California. Needless to say I am wearing these once and that’s about it.
I know I know mixed review but it’s really a fun fun store, super nice staff that didn’t even smirk when I took my silver mylar ‘leggings’ (XL) to the dressing room. (Yes they fit. I can haz mirror thighs.) Go check it out!

Super hot trends for cheap… if you are plus size or have the body of a 12 year old girl.
Don’t get me wrong, the styles and prices are great, but I can never find what I like in my size, and I’m the most average size for women in the world; an 8.
On my last visit I found a Juicy-​like Sweatsuit for $ 15. At least velor material stretches so I could fit into that. However; when I got to the register, they charged me
$ 20. When I questioned the $ 5 difference, they gal at the register explained «More material cost more money». $ 5 wasn’t a big deal and I still bought the sweatsuit, but I argued that they needed to post that on the rounder they were hanging from or change the tag on the sweatsuit itself, because it was «mis-​marked» at $ 15. Nothing like being told that the size you wear warrants $ 5 more material than the one size below it.
Anyway, the store has tons of shoes; not quite as cheap as the clothes but you won’t get charged extra for larger sizes. They have a lot of accessories too; not limited to jewelry but cell phone covers and Hello Kitty stuff (Chinese souvenir trinkets you’d find on the streets of any major city)
The right half of the store is men’s clothing. Most of it — from what I can see — is Large, XL, XXL & XXXL. We’re talking baggy, baggy jeans and over sized t-​shirts and sports jersey’s. If you are a man that isn’t shopping for a «Boyz N Da Hood» look, this ain’t your place.
I’ll be back then next time I’m driving by. The gravitational pull towards anything cheap is just too hard for me to resist.

This joint is where it’s at!!! I’m a big dude who has trouble finding clothing that’s my size 3xlt-​4xlt n i’m glad to see people catering to tall folks like me as well as everyone else. Fashionable, up to date styles, or just simple. they have it all. The staff if also very helpful n friendly MUCH APPRECIATED! Thank you for a good shopping experience. I’ll def be back as a regular from now on!

If you like the Love Culture store in the Clackamas Town Center, Top to Bottom sells the exact same ladies clothes, but maybe a few dollars cheaper.
I never thought this place was extremely stellar… It’s a good deal on clothes, but it’s a little chaotic when you try to shop around… But this past week, I went in looking for a paticular shirt. The girl working there was extremely helpful. It was almost liike she makes commission, but I know she doesn’t. She was just THAT helpful.
This store just sorta makes you feel fat in general. The aisles are extremely tight in some areas because you can tell they’re trying to lay out as much product as possible. AndI’m not a huge girl, but I’m not a small girl. Their sizes run small, so I feel like a fatty when I’m shopping for 1 – 2 sizes bigger than I normally wear… But that’s fine by me if you just like cute things at a low price.

Ok, I initially wrote a somewhat review in the talk section of Unilocal– wrong place. I will never shop at Top to Bottom again. They sell low quality clothing that fades, shrinks and basically falls apart. They give you the smallest so called receipts and expect you to be able to find them for returns or exchange, which is out of the question if it has been over 7 days. There are restrooms but customers are not allowed to use them, so do not eat or drink anything before you go there, unless you know exactly what you want and are running in and out. They accused my husband of stealing a $ 7.99 shirt he presented the receipt and was humiliated in the parking lot and they proceeded to bring the actual cashier outside to verify the purchase, and she was completely lost and could not state he purchased the shirt and since they did not speak fluent English it was pretty hard to debate the facts with them. HE HAD THE RECEIPT!!! We have spent up to $ 400.00 in one shopping trip for our family at this store and it leaves a bad bad taste in your mouth to be called a liar and a thief. Bottom line Top to Bottom is the bottom of the line in clothing and customer service.

Top to Bottom. Head to Toe. Up and Down. Down and Out. Hell if I can ever remember the correct name of this place, but it’s right there at 82^nd and Foster, so finding it is not a problem.
I try not to read reviews of a place while I am drafting my own. Sometimes I peek, and sometimes that flat out ruins me. Don B. called this place «ghetto fabulous all around.» There is really little else to be said about T2B except: (1) their «plus sized» section is clearly for women suffering no more than a swollen ankle, (2) their accessories are out of control if you’re costume shopping, and (3) lock your car. Really.

I’ve put off reviewing this place for ages because I enjoy the fact that no one knows how frickin’ sweet it is. But I feel that it needs to be shared, really not nice of me to try to keep it under wraps any longer.
This place rules, and this location is at least 3x bigger than than the MLK one. It’s way better than GenX, that place is too schizophrenic for me to handle. Top to Bottom has awesome deals on standard tees, hats, leggings, sweats, hoodies, socks, belts, you name it.
As far as known-​brands, they’ve got the Baby Phat line for the ladies and Southpole for guys and dolls. Shoes? No problem. K Swiss, Adidas, a few Nikes, etc. The most ridiculous selection (please see photos, I beg you) of cheap ladies shoes you can find anywhere, including super sick stillettos, boots, flats ($ 9.99) in every color of the rainbow, sandals, and sneakers.
This is where you wanna go for club gear, jewelry, and other accessories (belts, purses, sunglasses, stockings, bandanas) on the cheap. Earrings are $ 1.99, multi-​packs are $ 2.99. This location has a custom embroidery service available, too. The ladies clothes run TINY, they are all junior’s sizes, but they do have a plus-​size section here, and for these kinds of clothes that just means more like regular sized… nothing too ‘plus’ about it. For men, shirts go up to 5X; didn’t check out pants but I assume they got you big dudes covered.
They claim to always be having different sales, but let me tell ya, that bizniz is always the same– there are always hoodies 2-​for-​$ 20, shirts $ 5, $ 10, 2-​for-​$ 12, etc. Basically, it’s cheap.
If you need a 6-​inch wide, rhinestone-​encrusted dollar sign necklace to go with your leopard print doo rag and fur-​lined lumberjack coat, this is your spot. I am absolutely kicking myself right now for passing on a pair of rhinestone «503» earrings. What was I thinking?! Next time, for sure.
The final star goes to tons of awesome Portland gear. You tell me where else you can find a foil-​screened t-​shirt of a map of our fair city, broken down by zip code, and I’ll buy it for you myself.

Need a blank color tee that just the right match for your blank color hat? How about a hoodie with a really busy, over-​the-​top print on it? Maybe a tight baby T that says «Playmate in Training»? Or just a giant XXXL shirt with an airbrished picture of Mac Dre with «Mac Dre» spelled out in rhinestones right next to it?
Yeah, Top to Bottom has got you covered. all around.
All jokes aside, however, this is going to be my go-​to spot for costume stuff in the future. The accessories case alone is a goldmine. Ultra trendy-​looking stuff for super cheap (not that cheap shit they sell for top dollar at the ‘Hipster H&M’ — AKA American Apparel), gigantic rhinestone bling, and really just a ton of classic (and classy) accessories. Plus… custom T-​shirts. Awww yeah. I’ll definitely be back.
