Tom Kerr – Real Estate Agent

Tom Kerr is an excellent real estate agent. He is calm, patient, and a great listener who goes above and beyond expectations. We had just a week to find a home, and he tirelessly drove us all over Portland (and provided a cooler with snacks in the car!) He was available at all hours to assist in the hunt and find us the perfect place. Being newcomers to Portland, he was a constant resource for recommendations of all sorts, and everything he steered us toward was spot on. Tom’s professionalism and knowledge of the area made us feel confident in our final choice. We had a smooth transaction in a crazy, competitive market.
Since our closing, he has been very welcoming and eased our transition into Portland beautifully. He even connected us with a client of his who was selling all of his gorgeous furniture, so we could furnish our new home! We will happily work with Tom again in the future.
