Our mission is to provide our clients with the best possible service: fast, accurate document retrieval which fills their individual needs.
Each member of our team is dedicated to ensuring you get the documents you need when you need them. We are a dynamic, ethical and rapidly expanding team of highly motivated professionals serving the mortgage, banking and real estate industries. We also handle individual document needs of property owners, and do background checks for private investigators.
Timely Documents, Inc. was started in 2002 as a «one man band» title abstractor. Since then it has grown to a staff of 10 and is still growing.
Our staff are trained in-house and on the ground by experienced title abstractors and then apprenticed before they fill any orders by themselves. All of our work is then quality checked before it is sent to the client.

With 20 years experience at a corporate head office prior to Timely Documents, starting a Public Records Research company of my own presented the same challenges, just in a different environment.
I founded Timely Documents in 2002 as a single abstractor. I’ve built it into an expanding, stable pillar of the Northwest abstracting scene using WISE management technology and by direct market survey of clientele.
Starting in just a few counties in Oregon, the company has grown to now cover every county in 8 states: AZ, ID, IL, MT, NV, OR, TX & WA.
We are proud to give great service backed up by excellent administration from our accounts and bookkeeping team, promotion department, client services staff and tight knit quality control.
We have held through thick and thin economically with the 2008 lending crash and continued to prosper. We look forward to a flourishing industry future for all of our clients and vendors.
