Our ultimate goal is to offer high quality, affordable nourishment to our patrons so they can feel fully alive. We strive to provide local, sustainable, organic agriculture and environmentally-​friendly products. Our food is unique with an international influence. It is prepared all in house. We are completely gluten-​free, use free-​range animal products and sustainable seafood. Our main focus is bowls, but we make seasonal specials and gluten-​free treats.

History

Established in 2012.

Thrive Mobile Food Truck was created with a passion for healthy food that tastes good. Owner and chef Erika Reagor based a lot of the bowls from her travels abroad. Now in Portland, local, high quality and seasonal ingredients are the focus.
