Our ultimate goal is to offer high quality, affordable nourishment to our patrons so they can feel fully alive. We strive to provide local, sustainable, organic agriculture and environmentally-friendly products. Our food is unique with an international influence. It is prepared all in house. We are completely gluten-free, use free-range animal products and sustainable seafood. Our main focus is bowls, but we make seasonal specials and gluten-free treats.
History
Established in 2012.
Thrive Mobile Food Truck was created with a passion for healthy food that tastes good. Owner and chef Erika Reagor based a lot of the bowls from her travels abroad. Now in Portland, local, high quality and seasonal ingredients are the focus.

Erika is a local graduate from The Cordon Bleu in Portland, Oregon. Her background is in health and nutrition and she has a Nutrition degree from Bauman College in Berkeley, California.
