Super quick and friendly service. In and out in less than 10 minutes to print 78 pages from a flash drive. This included them having to reload more paper and paying. Service with a smile.

I went there to send christmas presents today. One of the presents was a picture frame and I couldn’t find a box big enough at the post office. They took all the presents in the back and packaged it in a box 3 times bigger than it needed to be. Because the box was so large it cost $ 67 in shipping. This is ridiculous! I will never be going back there again to ship anything.

Had a print emergency come up, and the staff here was amazingly quick. Super friendly, too! Got exactly what I needed, and the quality is perfect.

I’ve been here many time to drop off pre-​packed packages and everything has always gone smoothly. I went in one weekend to see what kind of boxes I could buy so I could send in my vacuum for warranty repair. The box selection was minuscule out on the floor, but I talked to the gentleman behind the counter and started talking to him about their shipping services — they could pack and ship the vacuum for me. Cool! So I asked how much that might cost. I had brought in the measurements and was told that they would probably have to tape 2 or three boxes together and all the packing material would end up costing somewhere between 20 – 45 to ship –which didn’t cover shipping cost since that was prepaid. That’s when I decided to go to uhaul, found a perfect box for $ 6, and packed it myself. So I’ll continue going here to ship my pre-​packed packages, but was really surprised at the lack of boxes available for sale, the packing options and the high cost if they did it for you. I’m sure they would have done a great job, it just was not worth it for me.

This Place Rocks for getting business cards done!!! And for that matter any kind of digital editing/​copying ect. Terrel is a wizard on the computer– and not only made adjustments to the business cards i had, but also had 300 of them made in a VERY short time! I Couldn’t be happier! THANK YOU!

this place is great. always quick and prompt, much better then experience then going to the post office. definitely nice to have these guys in the neighborhood.

This is my go-​to place to ship things. The staff here are super friendly and helpful.

They are always super fast and efficient. Great location for me with always easy parking to be found. There are mailboxes for rent there. You can also have your Amazon packages forwarded there in case you’re worried about them being delivered to your house when you aren’t home. The staff is always pleasant and I love their pens.

For the past few months I have had to visit this UPS often, sometimes more than once a week and the service has been great. Employees are helpful and polite and know what they’re doing. They also have a notary on staff, which is very convenient. I have been to other UPS locations but find this one to be the friendliest and speediest with good customer service.

Recently I mailed some time sensitive visa docs via this UPS Store. The initial visit was very helpful and receptive; I found their prices to be reasonable. However when my return visa (and passport!) went off the grid for a few days, Allison from the store (along with Katie at UPS call center) were able to go above and beyond to identify the error, take ownership of the situation and resolve it ASAP. Everything turned out ok and I appreciate (and recommend) the exemplary service.

I’ve been a regular customer here since I moved to Portland 7 years ago. They’ve provided me with good service, but yesterday they were incredibly rude to my mother. She was visiting me and had shipped a some clothes and shoes to my home to minimize her luggage. First, the box cost $ 10 more to ship to NM than she paid to ship it to Portland. When she protested the price, they refused to insure the contents, saying the box was damaged even though it was in near-​perfect condition, requiring her to pay for new box and packing. It was as if they were making up rules on the spot to get more money out of her.
Not sure if they have some shady business rule to take advantage of people like seniors or others they think they can intimidate. They are the closest shipping store to my house, but I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Good service! Went there on a Friday afternoon and the place was really busy. I was still in and out in under 2 minutes. They’re great!

I had to send a sympathy card to a funeral chapel in Whistler, BC. Being a Friday night and the funeral taking place on Tuesday it needed to get there pretty quickly. First I went to Fedex and they quoted more than $ 73! I called the UPS Store on Woodstock and instantly I could tell they were going to take care of me. Getting to the store and putting the address details in the system, ups could only get it by Thursday. Don the owner told me to take it to the Post Office the next day, telling me which ones were open, and it would be much cheaper and more likely to get there on time. He was right! I am so relieved and he has made my week. It’s great to meet someone who’s desire is to help you and to not just take your money. This business is top notch. In the future they will have my business and I cannot recommend them enough.

EVERYTHING I’ve ever sent from here has gotten there without fail. The staff is super friendly, informative and helpful and they are always patient. This means a lot because generally speaking we’re not all at our bests when hitting up the postal store. They always give you the option of saving money and they have really tried to help to find the best solution to my wacky shipping projects. I really appreciate the fantastic folks at the Woodstock UPS and am a big fan!!!
PS– Kimberly’s right, they did move, its even closer to 39^th now which is a big plus!

I’m a bit confused because this is the address also listed on the UPS site but the only one in that part of Woodstock is closer in, down next to the Bike Gallery. Maybe they just moved???
Anyway, I used their services a few weeks back and would like to report that they are super helpful. I had four big and heavy boxes and the guy behind the counter helped me remove them from my car and carry them in. This wasn’t expected but was very appreciated. And, they are open a half hour later than the one on Hawthorne, which is a plus.
