Established in 2011.

For many years, I have been helping people to navigate life transitions. Supporting a person’s decision to make a change, means nurturing a seedling of an idea, as it forms into words, perhaps a vision, then becomes a reality. I created The Tao of Change as a place to encourage and support people in discovering and reaching their goals. Hypnosis is one tool I use to create a powerful state for creativity and focus. I am a counselor with a Mental Health Agency in Portland and also a Graduate Student in Psychology. My years as a mental health worker, my studies in Philosophy, Metaphysics and Psychology, along with my training in Hypnotherapy, NLP and HeartMath® have given me a solid basis for working with clients. However, equally important is awareness, compassion, generosity of spirit and deep concern for my clients well being. I am honored to assist you with change work and gently hold the trust and responsibility that you place in my hands.
