We are the most friendly, inviting, and fun licensed Poker club offering all types of social gaming in Portland. Whether your favorite hand is Aces or Dueces, you’ll find the best Poker in Portland at The Players Club. Our Home game style card room offers poker games including daily Texas Hold’em tournaments starting at $ 15 buy-​ins, sit-n-go’s, satellites, $ 1-​$ 2 Shootouts, PLO and PLO8, 3 – 6 Limit, and 1 – 3 No Limit, Daily Freezeouts, and Deep Stack tournaments. We have 12 poker tables and tournaments every 3 hours from Noon until 10 P.M. Players Club takes NO RAKE for any of our games. All the entry money is distributed to the players at the end of the tournaments. We also have many other games for our players to enjoy including pool, foosball, video games, and board games. If you are between games, sit back and enjoy some sports entertainment on one of our big flat screen T.V.s, or play some friendly blackjack against other players. Whatever you want we’ve got it. A lot of Omaha action with good guarantees. Dealers are very good at keeping action going. The place to go for good BigO tournaments in Portland.

I started playing poker here about a year ago when I got tired of Texas Holdem and was looking for a cheap way to learn the Omaha games. For those who like to play holdem, there are holdem games every day of the week as well.
The stakes for all regular games are $ 10-​$ 30 so it’s an excellent place to learn poker or just enjoy a few hours playing cards recreationally. Actually, there are free-​roll games as well.
The dealers are more skilled than any club in town (not surprising given the variety of games dealt). I also think it’s the friendliest place too, so it’s a great place to learn to play poker– holdem or other games.
For those who are more serious, periodically, there are higher buy-​in events with guarantees up to $ 5000. These are announced well in advance on their calendar on-​line.
The Players club does not have food service currently (snacks and drinks, only), but the Irish bar downstairs, Biddy McGraw has very good food prepared on site and you can bring it into the club and eat while you play.
Like other Portland clubs, there is a $ 10 a day club membership fee. Scan the card they give you when you enter, every 10th visit is free.

This where i go to get my poker on. Been twice now (going again today) and it’s by far the nicest people, lowest douche factor, only one sexist old man so far, highest quality players and best atmosphere of any portland poker room.
