After years of travel through Latin America, the Imp and Nada finally materialized from the dreams of a long time line cook.

Opening a food truck was something I often dreamed of in my years as a line cook. It never seemed possible in those days, but after a trip through Latin America which ended up lasting three years (unintentionally), I came to the conclusion that anything is possible if you truly dedicate yourself to it. Having no direction upon my return to the US, I decided to bring the Imp and Nada to life.
