i purchsed 2 remote start and 2 key bypass. after paying for install on my versa … they dont work. 4 months still haven’t received my refund and now they are saying i did not send them back all the items

So growing up with brothers I came to have a passion for fine custom automobiles as well. My oldest brother has been buying products from these guys for over 10 years. He loves everything he gets from them. I will agree too when it comes to the high-​end suspension kits and other parts, they have killer total showroom quality parts delivered to you. Anyways I am sorry to hear about those who feel they were wronged in someway by this company. For my family though, we couldn’t be happier. Thanks Hoffman Group!

Don’t ever buy anything from them! They will add you to countless different e-​mail lists. As soon as you «unsubscribe» from one, they will simply add you to another.

I had a terrible experience with The Hoffman Group. I ordered $ 2000 worth of products from them. They gave me an impossible time when I tried to return some of the items, first promising me one thing, then telling me, «Oh, he no longer works here. Sorry.»
Each time I call I am placed on hold for ten minutes and listen to the most aweful music one can imagine.
Then they shipped me back an item that I had shipped them for return.
Then they refused to credit my card for an item I shipped back to them — even though they told me they would on the phone.
Then they refused to let me use my valid coupon because I didn’t give it immediately when I made my order.
I recommend you buy your performance parts from a brick and mortar shop where you don’t get the run around every time you need help.
