TERRA Staffing Group

Felt as though I were the victim of «Bait and switch» and this isn’t the first time I’ve had this exact experience with a Staffing Group. See if this sounds peculiar and keep in mind:
the exact same thing has happened to me TWICE:
I applied to an assembly position on Craigslist that was advertised as being «Full time with Overtime» and received a reply from Terra Staffing about coming in for an interview.
After a successful interview with Cortney in which I was told «This position seems like a good fit for you and I will get you a face to face with the lady doing the hiring there next week» and «please call us on Tuesday to verify your background check and drug screening», I was deposited next to the receptionist who then informed me «Cortney is NEW here and you should call back on Monday to speak with Mandy».
I called on Monday as I was instructed to do and was connected with Cortney’s Voicemail because the receptionist cut me off mid sentence before I could ask for Mandy.
I called back and asked for Mandy and was connected to another voicemail.
Later that day I received a voicemail from someone named Mary who said she was aware I was speaking with Cortney and Mandy but that she thought she had a job that would be of interest to me and could I please call her back the next day?
The next day I received another call, this time from someone named Crystal. Crystal told me about a Graveyard shift opening at a local print shop and wanted to know if I was interested?
I told her that I had YET to hear back from Mandy or Cortney on the full time job I had originally applied for. That is when Crystal blithely informed me that not only was that other job no longer available (it apparently got filled over the week-​end?) but that Cortney was
«No longer with us». I can only assume that Cortney quit when she discovered that she would have to dangle fake job listings in front of people so that Terra can build up a data base.
Cortney told me the position was assembling dentist chairs in down-​town Hillsboro. I did some checking and discovered that while there IS a new Dentist Office in down-​town Hillsboro, they don’t assemble dentist chairs there.
