Tabor, Czech Food of Portland specialize in traditional Czech/​Bohemian cuisine. Tabor offers daily specialty’s such as «Bohemian Goulash» served w/​traditional handmade and fluffy «yeast dumplings», Czech soups, which change daily and the «Original Schnitzelwich» which is Tabor’s very own invention. Monika and Karel V. decided to open this food stand named «Tabor» to share their culinary memories of their childhood on May 1st, 2004.

Family owned and operated business. Owners lack of formal culinary education is made up in passion to cook meals they grew up on with love. They re-​create the traditional meals out of their memories as to take a trip back to the kitchens of their beloved Czech grandmas and grandpas.
