Love the fact that they have a drive thru here! I usually get the chicken, bacon & ranch that comes with double cheese & I get extra bacon. Add on guacamole & veggies with some baked cheddar ruffles & a bowl of the broccoli cheddar soup for a nice combo. Usually get some raspberry cheesecake cookies for my sweet tooth. Staff is nice & usually quick too.

The food was OK but the service was horrible. I must have come into the store during a break or something because only one employee was actually working. The other one was chatting with a friend who came in before me. Instead of helping me, the next customer, she just kept talking about their plans. What ever happened to quality customer service?

All right so I haven’t gone in to this store in a while. Today I stepped in just to grab a soda. It took them 10 minutes to find a 44 oz. cup. After that finally, I payed and asked if they accepted the points card. The cashier replied and I quote «Does it look like we accept those here. Do you see any signs?» I mean that’s hella rude. All he needs to say is no sorry sir. But instead I get a dick. That’s fine, I can stick to all the other 100’s of Subways in Portland.
