Dr. Tillett is a board certified foot surgeon specializing in Diabetes and Sports injuuries. Although he is a surgeon his philosophy is to help patients overcome foot ailments without surgery first and that surgical intervention is a last resort.

History
Established in 2000.
After hanging a shingle in the community of Hillsdale Dr. Tillett’s practice flourished and he soon had to open a second practice downtown on 10th and Alder to keep up with the demand.
Dr. Tillett is currently serving his 3rd term as the Chief of Podiatry for Legacy Good Samaritan Hospital and is a spokesman for the American Podiatric Medical Association.
He was the first Podiatrist to be exclusively placed on the OHSU Health Plan.

Dr. Tillett graduated from Portland State University. He received his doctor of podiatric medicine degree from The University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences (now Des Moines University), in Des Moines, Iowa. He then moved to Texarkana, Texas where he completed a comprehensive residency in foot and ankle surgery. He then moved back to his home city of Portland, Oregon to complete one of the top two-year training programs in the nation, where he worked along side the Residence of Legacy hospital’s and Emanuel’s level I Trauma center, in conjunction with extensive advanced surgical training through a partnership with Kaiser Hospital Systems.
After residency Dr. Tillett established Portlands premier Ankle and Foot Centers by opening a practice just south of the Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) campus in the community of Hillsdale (across Capitol Highway from Wilson High School’s Stadium and the «Downtown Foot Clinic»
