Every single person at star bucks is on drugs. I literally saw people behind the parking lot smoking crack. It was disgusting, putrid, and they all farted all the time. They couldn’t even do better than Dutch Bros, and the Dutch Bros people are all drunk, stupid, and fat. You couldn’t even mix bud light and coffee because of all the stupid kids there. One star completely inferior.

The new location is roomier and can accommodate more people. Very few customers this morning. The two overgrown baristas were almost rude, but not friendly at all. Bumping into each other. Pushing the«Clover» machine product — more costly. Noise and acoustics are pretty bad. We’ll be going to Starbucks at QFC if management can’t improve on this.

The new location is great. It is a little loud for trying to get work done, somehow the acoustics aren’t that great. It is one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to around the Portland area though. They’re now serving wine too, which I have yet to try. This is a great location in the summer, and there’s a fountain right next to it which is great if you have kids.

This Starbucks is pretty terrible because — loud! Feels like a daycare next to an air force landing strip, between the hordes of children and the machines. Music’s too loud, too, and not very good furniture. Always a madhouse with the kids; dissapointing, but a real hard place to settle on and get anything done. Not a coffeehouse vibe at all.

I’ll give them 2 stars because their coffee is okay. Generally, as with most Starbucks the help has an attitude. Give it a rest Starbucks.

Great staff. I’m a regular so when I come in they know my drink right away and greet me by my name:) the newer store is nice… big and spacious. Wish it has a drive through for convenience. It gets really busy during certain time of the day(week days) and weekends so you should always come early to avoid the lines. Keep up the good work:)

The new location is great! It’s friendly, spacious, and, if it’s a hot day, there’s a fountain outside. Also the drinks are great(like any Starbucks) and the treats are yummy(cake pops, scones, etc.) all around great!

I though that once they moved location to the other side of the building that they would leave their bad attitude and bad customer service behind. But I was wrong. They are still rude and still provide horrible customer service! They have an attitude like they are doing us a favor by selling us coffee. Please excuse my language but they act like they have a stick up their rear end. I rather go to the Starbucks at Albertson’s or go to the Starbucks by Target. These other locations offer superb customer service! This is the only Starbucks where they are rude and have terrible customer service. Don’t come here, if you must have Starbucks go to another location.

OK. So this place moved(still in the same Bethany Village) and renovated. Oh my. I love the new location. It’s one of the three«Starbucks Evenings» locations in Portland. The ‘evening menu’ actually is available all through the day(except, they told me, they’ll start serving wines at 2pm). The kiddie had the mac&cheese and it really looked good. It’s comfortable enough we could stay there for hours.

The Bethany Village Starbucks has now moved from one end to the other. Now that the new location is open, it is roomier, has more seating including a long communal table(or a table for a large party), added the Starbucks evening menu(with small plates, wine and beer) and the patio seating is now just above the fountain area. This place was busy before and is even busier now. If I were a business owner or even just an employee here I’d be happy for the crowds. It means job security. The barista that helped us really looked and acted like she’d rather be anywhere else but there. I don’t like people that look put off by doing their job. So yay for the new selection and bigger place. Boo for the cranky barista. I realize it’s just luck of the draw and next time I go, she probably won’t be there.

Why does coffee have to cost so much? Aside from that, I had to wait a while to get served. There was a guy making the coffee drinks, and he came over to help, because the other person behind the counter didn’t seem very interested in waiting on me. For $ 3.95, you too can get this service, plus a nonfat latte. Can’t say I won’t go back, but maybe not too soon.

Friendly staff and clean store. Took my Facebook offer for $ 1 Refresher but made me pull it up on my phone first. Was pretty busy while I was there and some of the staff were goofing around instead of helping make drinks for the long line of people waiting. Maybe only two people could efficiently make drinks at one time… but they should at least choose to mess around in the back instead of in front of customers.

This Starbucks clientele are the people of Bethany and the athletic clinic nearby. Upper middle class written all over it. I’ve heard conversations about baby support groups and bike rides. It is located in near boutique shops, upscale restaurants and bistros, a grocery store. The store itself occupies both sides of a strip in the complex. There are two entries /exits across from each other on either side of the strip. It seems that there may not be enough storage, or too much product, as they had to put boxes of Guatemala beans just outside the bathroom, which are not policed too. Anyone can walk in and pretend to go to the bathroom and walk off with a pound of the beans. Since this is Bethany, i doubt this will happen though. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, a couple of lounge chairs. At least it has free wifi :)
