Desperately needed a sim card cut for my phone. Finally found this place after trying everywhere else. Unfortunately they closed ten minutes earlier but the guy inside saw us reading the opening hours and offered to help anyway! life saver!

Avoid this business like the plague. SOOOO shady. I felt like I got duped by some internet scam.
I went to purchase a phone case and the guy sold me what I thought was a quality case. He said it had shock absorption and that it would protect my phone. I also got a tempered glass cover installed. close to 70 bucks for the case and glass which at the time I felt like was no big deal because if it was going to protect, it was worth it.
First off, he used a brown paper towel to wipe my phone before installing the glass. Then, he tried saying there was a scratch on it when I’d just gotten the phone two days prior. I’m pretty sure the paper towel caused the scratch, but I didn’t say anything at the time. I’m regretting that decision. The scratch isn’t noticeable, but that should have raised all sorts of red flags.
I get home, and look at the tempered glass packaging, and it’s some knockoff no-​name company that you couldn’t even contact if there was an issue. Then in search of my case online, to see if I got a good deal, the case I paid $ 40 for was on Amazon for$ 8. The manufacturer themselves sold it for $ 14. And it didn’t have shock absorption like the clerk claimed!
So I basically bought a case that was marked up more than 100%. To top it all off, the receipt says no returns, a policy that was NEVER mentioned during my purchase.

The owner is an ex-​IBM exec who is extremely knowledgeable and unfailingly polite. Today my laptop died — he could have tried to sell me a new computer. Instead he found an inexpensive solution and I am back in business. I have visited the store a number of times with similar experience.

I had a terrible experience here when buying an Iphone USB cord. The owner was very hostile, would not accept return with receipt, and threatened sales clerk about his job for not telling me about No Returns Policy His hostility and lack of Good Faith business was astounding. I reported him to BBB and to the Oregonian consumer reports. Do not do business with this man. Delores

I had a horrible experience here. We had a family emergency where I needed to make a phone call and my phone we completely dead. We walked for blocks to find this place so I could buy an iPhone charger. I told the clerk what model I had and he sold me a cable. Not only did the cable not fit, it got stuck in my iPhone and when I tried to remove it the cable literally fell apart. When I emailed their customer service I got no response at all. In short — avoid this place!

The man in software electronics was very helpful. it is on an outside corner of the mall. there is no tax in OR so get your ioads, etc here! Cute iPad and iPhone cases! Otter ones too!
They had headphones and a variety of other tech things.
