History

Established in 2008.

In 2008 the technology landscape for both Apple and world was changing. The Founder worked for the largest Apple Specialist in the country. He saw a frustration for companies who used Mac’s in their business, but Windows was the main business OS for their business.

He saw that there was a need for a firm who could help clients service both Macs & PC’s and not have to hire two companies with separate experience and agenda’s. We currently service Mac or PC only environments and mixed.

The cross-pollination of experience in different customer environments is an experience our customers benefit from on a daily basis. Apply a «Best Practices» way of deploying technology allows SMB to have the entire engineering staff be able to diagnose and service any client at any time.

Apple introduced the iPhone and iPads to the marketplace, that changed the way we interact with technology. SMB added Mobile Device Technology to its BreakFix, Block of Hours & Managed Services. We offer FREE quotes!
