My girlfriend and I had such a pleasant time shopping here. The customer service was exemplary. Everything I purchased was on sale in one way or the other, so the prices were extremely reasonable considering it is a boutique. They have a customer reward system that I signed up for even though I live on the east coast. I plan to shop here again when I get a chance, so why not? I received several compliments on a dress I purchased here Another purchase — a pair of comfy sweat pants that aren’t the prettiest in the world — has been worn by me probably 20 times since I bought them last month. (I work from home much of the time.) I highly recommend this boutique. We shopped in several boutiques in the Pearl and this was our favorite.

As we all know most guys do not like shopping. I was looking for a gift for my girlfriend and stopped by Silkwood, and I am so glad I did! The staff helped me pick a beautiful top and a Silkwood necklace to go with it! My girlfriend loves it! The store was clean and inviting,. I will definitely be back!

I have been a good and loyal customer here spending hundreds, my daughter gave me a 40.00 gift card which I misplaced. We took a copy of the bank statement into to the store, the sales person found the receipt of the gift card in the book but the manager would not honor it. Argued with me profusely and said to me «if you are so concerned about your daughters only, then you give it back to her». So by not honoring the card they lost far more than a mere 40.00, they lost a good customer and probably many more that will not shop there. We told this story to the bank and the girls are there said they would not shop here either. Customer service is a lost art. Shame on you Silkwood for treating me so poorly. Take a lesson from Nordstrom.

The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I bought a gift card for my mom for mothers day and she has unfortunately misplaced it. They would not honor it, and would not. give me my money back, even though I brought my bank statement in for proof of purchase. The manager told my mom it was her fault and that she was not going to do anything for her. Very rude! ! Do not shop here! They do not value their customers.

I happened upon this boutique while walking around the city. There was a beautiful aline dress in the window that I had to see close up. This place is my new favorite shoppe. The regularly priced items are a bit spendy, but the sale items are not. I’ll be forming a Silkwood shopping fund for myself.

I stopped in here on a weekday while visiting a friend who just moved here. And I’m glad I did! Silkwood is a hidden gem filled with hidden gems. The staff was very knowledgable about their local products, and there are tons of unique items to choose from. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town!
