Bought paint for a commercial job, and the color we chose didn’t look anything like we thought it would once put on the exterior wall. It was so bad, we stopped the project. We went to visit Anna at the Sherwin Williams store, and instead of telling us we are stuck with that paint, she was able to figure out a way to change the color to what we wanted. It took a long time because one 5 gallon bucket was about 80% full while the others were 100% full, but she refused to make us eat it on the cost even though it was our fault the color was wrong. Top notch service at a time we needed it most, and she has great attention to detail/​customer service skills.
