How about no stars? Negative 5 perhaps? We were forced to use sharper to have our under warranty dishwasher fixed. We began the process over 2 months ago. With 4 visits, over 8 unreturned phone calls, and still missing parts, we are yet to have a working dishwasher. Save yourself the time and the pain. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very disappointing.

We have an on-​going problem with our 2014 Whirlpool dryer … the lint filter doesn’t catch any lint and the exhaust duct keeps on plugging.
The technician was obnoxious. I doubted his credibility … he didn’t know that the exhaust from a clothes dryer carried the moisture from the dryer to the outside!
He left me with a 12-​point «checklist» on which he’d checked off everything … though he didn’t do 10 of the items, like …
level the dryer … no
check that there are no error codes … no
make sure there’s no lint inside the dryer … heck no
remove shoes or put on covers … no
I know the problem hasn’t been fixed.

Dishwasher broke and this is the warranty company that Lowes contracted the work through. I explained the error that my dishwasher was giving me (specific code) and set up an appointment for the guy to come out. He comes out and confirms the error and places an order for the part. I thought this was odd that he did not already have the part since I told him what the error was and a google search can tell you the issue. So a second appointment was set up for a week later. The second appointment date comes and the same guy that was here the first time shows up by himself. Proceeds to say that he cannot do the repair because he is by himself… expected the man of the house to be home to help him. I didn’t know I was expected to help with the repair. Then proceeds to place the blame on someone back in the office… they blamed him… and ultimately they blamed Lowe’s for not sending a guy out to help. Lowe’s says they can’t get a guy out to help for another 4 – 5 days. This company says they might be able to get two people out tomorrow but can’t give us a specific time. Now we are going on day 3 that will have to be taken off from work… hopefully someone shows up tomorrow and the unit gets fixed… but I don’t have high hopes… contacting Lowe’s because this is terrible. Asked if they could atleast confirm that someone would be here tomorrow, 11÷11÷15, and the man said «nothing in life is guaranteed.» Skip the headache and go with someone else.

Rude Rude Rude! Will never use them! Samsung sent them out to fix my brand new dryer that never worked. It took them three days to come out the first time. They wanted me to take a whole day off of work to wait for them. They refused to give me a time. He comes at 230 and is there for 10 mins. He says we have to order your part, it will be 3 – 5 business days. I even offered to pay for overnight and they said no. They call me again today and said it wont be until Monday and they want me to take the whole day off again. I even had Samsung call them and they were even Rude to them and will not come out any sooner than Monday. The employees are Rude! There employee Liam has a I don’t give a crap about you attitude! I don’t think he knows what customer service is! DONT USE THIS CO!!!

Even giving this company one star is more than they deserve. Using my extended warranty through Home Depot on my dish washer, they apparently use this company by sending them out to fix appliances. First, I scheduled my appointment for a Monday, had to take the day off work, company called me during the day on Friday to leave me a voice mail saying they needed information about my dish washer. I tried calling them when I got off work Friday at 6pm but they’re only open 9 – 5:30 and closed weekends and there was no e mail or way to leave a message. Called them during Buisness hours Monday morning just to find out they CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT because they haden’t heard from me. When I explained that I was at work, he (Liam) gave me a «too bad» attitude and was not the slightest bit remorseful or willing to fix the situation and was extremely rude. I would NEVER use this company for anything again! Here I am stuck with a broken dishwasher doing dishes by hand and a extended warranty with a useless and rude company.

I dropped a projector off here, and got an estimate. I was told the repair could be ‘days, or maybe weeks,’ and asked if someone could let me know, as that’s a pretty wide range. No one called back, so I had to call.
On the day the projector was supposed to be fixed, the rather surly technician told me that the manufacturer had sent the wrong part and that it would be maybe another week. Or maybe more. No apology, acknowledgment, etc. Oh, and the repair was going to be another $ 150. I asked for a discount and was referred to a manager, who told me a different story than the technician, namely that it was his screw up. I managed to get a paltry discount and not much else.
To sum up:
1) Poor communication
2) A tech who _​lied_​about his error and made no effort to apologize, or even be vaguely contrite.
3) A minor discount for my inconvenience.
4) Paying significantly more than originally stated.
This place had horrendous customer service, and I won’t be giving them any more business.

They came out to fix my LG washer due to a warranty issue. LG sent them out and Joe fixed the washing machine. It took 7 days to get the parts. When they finally fixed the machine they did not hook the washer back up correctly… We had a constant drip for 5 days before we noticed the water. Almost $ 3,000 dollars later they are taking no responsibility for the water damage. What a mess… I would avoid this company like the plague.

Horrible! They were recommended by LG to service my washing machine.
The first tech did an estimate, everything was fine.
The second tech said the first tech was completely wrong, and fixed something else, and never gave me my estimate return for the service.
The third time they were out, he stuck his business card under my washing machine and said that it was off balance (I don’t think a business card will fix that).
The fourth time they were to come out, they never went to my house, and blamed me for not being home, when I had someone waiting for them ALL day.
The fifth time, they tried to charge me over double the estimate which I refused. The tech tried to dismantle my machine so it wouldn’t be useable and I threatened to call the cops at which point he ran out of my house.
I reported them to BBB, LG, and the attorney general.
Unfortunately I do not have receipts as they were refused to be given to me, and they only excepted cash.
What a rip off!

I paid a lot of money to get my fridge repaired in my rental property. Shortly after it started having the same issue however my renters didn’t notify me timely. I called a few months later to ask if they could help fix the problem they didn’t fix the first time. They apparently only warranty their work for 30 days so he said it would be another $ 80 to get someone out.

This company has horrible service. 3 times have been called out to work on my LG washer. 1^st time canceled they never got the parts, the 2^nd and 3^rd time the technician never showed up. Don’t waste your time with this shop and go with A&E service instead.
You will also have to repeat what you need done on your washer with them over and over again to make sure they get all your items on one service call. They did not understand when LG told them for a recall the washer needed a software update what exactly was needed to complete the repair.

Samsung sent me here to replace faulty capacitors on our TV. Based on the reviews, I would have found somewhere else, but this was free. Who could pass up free, right? It definitely looks like a bunch of dudes run this place. Run down building with a no frills waiting room. Customer service is not their strong suit. It’s been my experience that when you go into a repair place, your tv, car, bike, etc… come out fixed, and a little cleaner. They didn’t wipe down the screen to remove the finger prints, or blow off the dust from the connection ports in the back. What earned them the 3 star rating you ask? The fixes were made in a couple hours. They only had to replace 5 capacitors, but it was still completed in a timely manner.

Horrible Company full of A-​holes. I sat at home for a 6 hour window for them to show up to replace a recalled part on my dryer and they showed up without the part! They acted like I was crazy and said they had to come out to see what the problem was before they could bring out parts, I told them it was working fine, a specific part had been recalled, why wouldn’t you bring that part? Then I sat for another 6 hour window later that week, after 6 hours I called and they said they had come by and I wasn’t there, I called BS and then they said they hadn’t actually knocked on my door because they didn’t have the part! The drama continued, and when I called to talk to managers, each was ruder and more incompetent than the last. Terrible company. I live in Seattle, if it had been a Seattle based company I would have gone down there and at least punched the weaslely little twerp that schedules the appointments.

Worst service ever. I called for a dryer repair which is under an extended warranty from Lowes. It took forever and several calls to get them to locate my warranty information. All but one of their reps was intelligble, for starters. It seemed that he just wanted to get me off the phone so he could go back to watch TV. Then Lowes somehow set up an appointment with Sharper to send someone out. That appointment was null because apparently Lowes just makes those appointments and Sharper may have different ideas and schedules. OK so they set me up for FOUR DAYS LATER!!! The original appointment was set for 8-​noon. At 8 I got a call from the repair guy that he couldn’t show up until betwen 2 and 4. So I’m stuck waiting in the house and he finally arrives just before 4pm. I told him that the dryerwas making a racket and that it was way too hot. He turned it on for a few seconds (literally) and there was no noise. He took the whole damned thing apart. I don’t know exactly what he did, but supposedly the thing was fixed. NOT SO!!! I put in a dryer load (not big) and after a few minutes of heating up, it sounded like there were 10 paris of shoes in the thing. So I call Sharper to reschedule. Oh no… I have to call Lowes again… and by now the guy at Sharper has major attitude (bad). It’s been now almost a week and by the time they send someone out again (allegedly in 2 days… maybe) it’ll be a week. Why I have to deal with a company that’s located hundreds of miles from here without any information about who it is who’s contracted to do their work (no phone number for the local guys)…well it’s typical of anything Lowes touches. No wonder their stores are closing. I WILL NEVER EVER buy another thing from Lowes, let alone one of their warrantees. And I sure wouldn’t recommend Sharper to anyone. The repair guy was nice enough but when I told him about the noise and excess heat, he seemed to disregard what I reported. If I could I’d have given Sharper a minus rating.
