Hailing from Maryland Chef Santucci brought her East Coast BBQ traditions to the table (ie:Pork). Having fed Portlanders since 1981, Diane felt Portland would support what she could offer with Russell Street Bar-​B-​Que. Her culinary background includes everything from working at a Vegetarian Burger Joint; Couch Street Fish House (White Tablecloth Service); Schwartz Brothers’ Restaurants (Continental and Southern Italian); Full Scale Catering in Upstate New York to a stint at Portlands’ original gourmet food store and start of Americas Slow Food organization, Pastaworks.

Sharon hails from Texas where Bar-​B-​Que is a fact of life. Her extensive backround gives her the experience to create the Ultimate Dining Experience for you. The Raddisson Hotels, Schwartz Brother’s Resturants, Restaurants Unlimited and Bread Alone are just some of the stellar Companies she has contributed to. She assures that your service rivals or surpasses that of much more expensive restaurants.
