Round Table Pizza

Pizza is great! but costumer service is really bad and they’re very slow, they seriously need to improve they’re costumer service skills!

The place is a bit run down and not to clean but the pizza is average. The young lady that was helping me did not wash her hands once even though she answered the phone numerous times and touched money. she just went right back to making pizza’s which i think is disgusting. The other young lady washed her hands constantly but forgot to place the oil mat in the pizza box so it made it extremely greasy while eating.

It looks like absolute crap from the outside… but once you gain access, you feel as if your in a mountain cabin… the lunch buffet is delicious and affordable… the pizzas you order individually are even better, so good… and they have this new delivery driver who is amazing and gorgeous… I think her name is Whitney…

I grew up with RTP and have great memories of them. (Monterey Bay) so when we moved from Nashville TN (no roundtables) to Portland, OR (yes! RTP!) I was thrilled to take my husband there. The first location we went to (somewhere in Portland, sorry cannot remember what location) it was awful — old, tired, cold — the worst. So the hubs and I started checking out other pizza places in the area. Last week decided to give it another go — in hopes of a fluke? This time, went in and ordered to go. After explaining to the cashier that $ 6 to add pineapple to a Large pizza seemed high (it was, she was charging me for an XL) it took about 20 mins to receive it. went with a pepperoni mix with pineapple and thank you pizza gods, it was good! The crust was firm and crispy, but still soft and just the right amount of sauce, cheese, meats and pineapple ratio. This location … um probably wouldn’t want to eat here, just too dark and smells like gas (from the fireplace) This make me wonder about the salad bar… but didnt try it so cannot say.

I am so disappointed in Round Table Pizza. The last three times I have ordered from your company, my pizza has been extremely late or didn’t arrive at all. Today I have to go pick up my pizza for delivery because they had my address wrong and tried to come a half hour earlier than I requested the delivery (which was still 45 minutes after the 45 minute quote they originally gave me before I could tell them that I wanted my pizza in two hours). The last two times they came an hour and a half and two hours after the 45 minute time frame they quoted me for. When I called about my pizza, they told me that they get busy on the weekends. Well they know this and don’t adjust their quoted times. This is poor service and I am sickened that the management allows them to do this.

Normally I like your pizza put the last one I ordered was dry it did not have enough souce on it. It would have been nice to enjoy the pizza but it was hard to swallow. More sauce next time thank you.

Nasty!!! Ordered food online at 7:30pm and food didn’t get to my place until 9:40pm. Family size pizza was burnt on the bottom and still raw dough, garlic sticks raw as well, all my food was cold. The only thing they got right were the wings. I’m never ordering from here again.

One of the only real pizza in the Portland Metro area that is left. This is not just bread with pizza topping. The crust is a true pizza crust, the way pizza was made 30 years ago.

This is the best pizza joint I’ve eaten at in my life hands down. I highly recommend that everyone and thier mother should come check this place out. The lunch buffet is the best deal ever. Don’t even get me started on the parmigian twists. The service was very great and all the workers were very nice and cooperative.

Average pizza, good deal on beer. Large pitcher of beer was only $ 13. Pizza sauce was pretty good. We had Hawaiian. The buffet is only for lunch. It appears a good deal. But we didn’t get to check it out.

The quality has dropped at this location in the last few months. The staff are unfriendly and have no concept of customer service and the pizzas get tossed together as though assembled by shotgun. Tonight, for example, I ordered my food and sat for 35 minutes and they had not even started making my pizza. When I complained I got «I’m real sorry ’bout that» from a dead-​eyed teenager. I asked for my money back and the first teenager walked off, to be replaced by another dead-​eyed teenager who said the same thing. Didn’t ask me what the problem was, didn’t try to make me happy, or solve the problem. I asked for my money back again, and she just didn’t give a sh*t. She gave me a piece of receipt that said it was refunded and just walked away. I’ve been eating at this place for 20 years and I think it’s time to get past my feeling of loyalty and move on.

Too much bread, kind of bland

Stopped in for the lunch buffet. The pizza is pretty average pizza. It makes it very worthwhile though for the price on the lunch buffet. I think this location could really use some updating. Its pretty dark and dated on the inside. Remodel it guys. I think its way over due.

This location is ALWAYS late, the pizza is always wrong, they’ve had to bring new pizza 3 times. The girls on the phone are snotty and don’t pay attention. In fact they just showed up 20 mins late (so an hour and 20 mins later from the time I ordered) with the wrong soda and wings. What is the problem? Lived next to the 122^nd location for years and never had problems. I shouldn’t have to go to a competitor but I’ve about had it and there’s really no excuse!

Best pizza in these parts, especially their specialty pizzas; the Maui Zaui is amazing. With that said, you get what you pay for.

We got there about an half hour before the lunch buffet was suppose to be pulled.
we were greeted very nicely by the staff my receipt says it was Gerald that helped us, he was very nice and friendly as were the women who were working.
The pizza was delicious and fresh and even though it was near the end they just kept bringing out fresh pizza, I heard some one request a pizza for the buffet and they made it, I did not do that as there was plenty to choose from.
The salad bar was good not great but better than most.
the restaurant itself was dirty and the building was in poor repair, we sat in the back and our table had ants ! The bathroom was clean but straight out of the 60’s but I was glad it was there so I will not complain about it.
The place could use a good scrubbing, it was pretty nasty, but the food prep and storage areas looked clean and I will for sure eat there again as the food was so good and fresh, I had the cinnamon twist, super good

I just moved to the area a few months ago and finally tried Round Table a couple of weeks ago. I’ve had it twice since then, it was THAT good. I opted for delivery both times, so this review is based just on that.
The order process is easy — I do it online. Both times I’ve ordered online, the pizza has arrived 10 minutes faster than the quoted time. That’s never a bad thing.
We love this pizza — the sauce is zesty and both the original and skinny (thin) crusts are great.

Magnificent pizza! We got our pie delivered much faster (and hotter) than one might expect on a Friday night. The veggies were so fresh they smelled more steamed than baked, and the meats were flavorful without seeming greasy. Our order got the extra sauce I asked for, but no packets of parm even though I was specific about wanting some. Overall, I’d order from them again for sure.

My household comes here for the pizza buffet. We unfortunately usually think of coming here for the buffet either 30 minutes before its over or even get there 10 minutes before its over.
When we arrive even ten minutes before the end of the buffet they still bring out fresh pizzas for us and they honor special requests for pizzas to be brought out. I cannot afford to eat a full size pizza from Roundtable as they are too expensive but the buffet is right up my alley and price range.

When you literally add a place to the map with Unilocal account, don’t you wish it was because you were so excited to write a review screaming, go go go. Too bad this wasn’t it fellow Unilocalers.
After the ad agency did their job and got my son and husband entranced with the new pepperoni pizza, you know the one with the new mini pepperonis on top of the flat greasy pepperonis, we went in there the next night.
I hate they closed the other location in Gresham that was a little bit closer drive for us. I have never been inside this one. We walk in there and there are three people behind the counter and my husband says, «Happy holidays, how are you guys.» Not one single person says a thing, but the girl right in front of us, does look up and goes back to what she was doing. She then tells the girl behind her to get our order.
She seemed like she was going to be friendly and they joked with her she must be excited about this new pepperoni pizza too and she states that no she is not excited about it, she is a vegetarian. Okay. Is that the sound of crickets I now hear?
This place is really dated and that is okay in a pizza place, it is almost expected. However, dates does not mean your soda machine should be half baked. Some stuff was out. I had tea, so I was not subjected to the fickle carbonation setting that sent pepsi and fizz all over the place when my husband got it. However, I was going to get my turn when I went back to grab him a refill. It was a mess.
The rating is more for their lack of personality and borderline rudeness. The pizza came out pretty quick, which I expected since we were the only ones there at dinner time. I had ordered a Vegetarian delight pizza and it might now be one of my favorite new pizzas. Plenty of garlic in the white sauce. I ordered the skinny crust and it held up well under the generous amount of veggies. I did try a skinny slice of that pepperoni, it was rich and I had instant heartburn, so it must be good, right?
