History

Established in 2009.

Rip City is a boardshop focusing on locally sourced products and materials. We ride, test, and review everything we bring in, and believe to have the best selection of Skateboards and Snowboards for the terrain around us.

We also do special orders, and love offering FREE shipping on product we bring in specifically for you.

Part of our history is our Indoor Skate Space. We are on our 2nd location and now have a space in the back open to skate every day. We ask that you buy something or make a donation so we can keep it rolling.

Super Stoked on my purchase and customer service at Rip CIty SKate! The owner Jordan set me up with a sick INI Snowboard jacket that keeps me super dry toasty and warm during the Mt Hood wet snowboard sessions. I have also purchased snowboard bindings, clothing and goggles and I am super satisfied! Great products, great service! Very happy!

Went in the other day to get some information on the kind of skateboard to get my junior shredder (age 7,) and was helped by Joe (?) who was very knowledgeable and patient with my questions and my 3 boys «testing» some of the display boards in the shop. They had a big selection of decks and wheels from local companies that is always a plus. I will definitely come back to buy a full set up for my son from this shop!

Went in today for new snowboard boots. The shop had a nice selection of both Men’s and Women’s boots. Jordan was crazy helpful and knowledgeable about everything snowboarding related. He gave us some great tips and even heat-​molds your boots for free so you get the perfect fit. We’ll definitely be back.
