Specialties
ReVision Heat is a mission-driven heating contractor specializing in energy efficiency and getting homeowners off of oil and onto cleaner, more affordable heating fuel.
We specialize in:
Wood Pellet Boilers — many Mainers have a wood pellet stove for space heat, but we go a step further to offer fully automated wood pellet boiler systems for whole house central heat. Wood pellet boilers qualify for a $ 5,000 rebate from Efficiency Maine.
Ductless, Mini-Split Air Source Heat Pumps — heat pump technology has come a long way, and provide a great option for cooling and supplemental heat, and qualify for a $ 500 rebate from Efficiency Maine.
Natural Gas Boilers — Natural gas burns cleaner than oil, and leading-edge gas boilers with ultra-high efficiency rates make this a good heating solution for many homes. Natural Gas qualifies for various rebates from Efficiency Maine and utility companies.
Oil boiler optimization, cleaning and biofuel conversion. Did you know you can heat your home with cleaner-burning biodiesel in your oil boiler? ReVision Heat can convert you to biofuel, and also offers efficiency optimizations for oil boilers, as well as cleaning and maintenance.
Hybrid Electric Heat Pump Water Heaters — heat pump water heaters cost very little to run and offer reliable hot water with zero fossil fuel use. Plus, they qualify for a $ 300 rebate from Efficiency Maine.
History
Established in 2008.
ReVision Heat began as the solid fuels department of ReVision Energy — in 2008, Managing Partner Lee Landry and his partners established ReVision Heat to better serve Mainers as the go-to heating contractor for getting off of oil and onto sustainable, renewable heating fuels. ReVision Heat has installed more wood pellet boilers in Maine than any other heating contractor and offers an array of services to meet the needs of environmentally and economically conscious Mainers.
