My passion for bodywork began more than a decade ago as I became interested in ways of helping the body heal and maintain health through non-​invasive methods. I have always been a very active person, participating in sports and many outdoor activities, and because of that I value the importance of movement, stretching, and having healthy muscles that function properly to be able to continue doing the activities that I love.
