History
Established in 1973.
In 2015, the business was purchase by a group of tennis families from throughout Southern Maine. The facility has been in operation since 1973, when it was first constructed by the Sheraton Corporation of South Portland, Maine. In 1974 both buildings were extended to incorporate four additional tennis courts bringing the facility to ten indoor climate controlled tennis courts. In the late 70’s one of the back courts was converted to four racquetball courts and an observation area for the back tennis courts and racquetball courts. The 82,000 square foot facility was built by Harvey Patry, who ran the business until 1995, when he sold it to Jody Sataloff who ran the business for 20 years.
