DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They sold me a lemon. Barely drove the car and four days after buying it, it breaks down. Had to completely replace the engine. The mechanic I took it to said they had to know that it was in that condition. That’s what you get for going to a shady used lot like this one.

The worst car dealership in Oregon they will rip you off. cars are all pieces of shit. They don’t keep there word about fixing things.

They sell cars that have such major issues that make them unsafe to drive on the road, such as the entire air suspension system on a 03 Range Rover which makes it unsafe to even operate. What is even worse is the will not rectify their mistake in selling a unfit for the road vehicle.

I went there knowing what I wanted to buy. And contacted them about it all before going in. They found me great financing for a a first time buyer, no credit. Carl was really great. Told me it needed a oil change and it needed a rear view mirror. They have me a discount for the oil change and added that they would buy a mirror for the car. Being pretty new to car buying and all. I didn’t get a mechanic so I was a little worried when I found my rear breaks needed to be completely replaced after I bought it.
You know will this be the first of many type of deal.
Carl was great and even though he car was sold as is, they offered to pay it. He sent me to Gateway Auto Center they were great and very reasonable. All to say Carl was very helpful and really helped me out with the car.

This place is a crock. We stopped at a few car lots in the area and this being one of them and we left laughing «yeah right!» The guy is on us like flies on crap the moment we start looking, shoving us here and there looking at cars that he could finance us constantly trying to get us to pay attention to how «clean» this one looked and that one looked. I am a salesman myself (appliances) and can spot a snake when i see one. So we take this red saturn view for a test drive, and this guy swears up and down that its in perfect condition, it seems decent enough though we still wanna look around. I drive back into the lot and park it next to my van, and after getting out i thought oh i should park that back where it came from, so i walk back an get in again AND IT WONT START! One test drive and it already died, the guy was like «oh i can get it to start» but couldnt and hours later we drive past and the car is still stuck where i had parked it. What a joke! Dont waste your time here

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! WORST DEALER EVER! They knowingly sold me a truck with a bad motor. I paid $ 11k for my new yard decoration that needs $ 7700 worth of work. Very shady people! You can tell by looking at these scums as soon as you hit the lot. I should have known better as soon as I saw the sales crew. And Carl the sales manager is the worst of the bunch. Just a solid slime filled guy. Lie after lie was all I heard. Have made NO attempts to correct the problem. Look at the other reviews and you will agree. Plus half the light bulbs didn’t work. They never detailed it. It stinks of cigarette smoke as did the whole crew there. Overall the worst dealership in town. Lyn seemed honest but all lies to sell the car. Don’t waste your time. She said they were having a slow month, I wonder why. Maybe its because of a bad reputation and the small junk lot and selection of mostly damaged vehicle that are over priced. Have YOUR mechanic inspect it first. Not theirs! Thanks for all the dissappointment and distrust I now have plus selling me a junky vehicle!

We went there to get a bmw for my grandpa. Carl told us everything on the vehicle is great it just had a oil change etc… so we buy the car and had to take it down to sacramento. The window had the oil change tape jiffy lube puts on but when we left the low oil warning kept popping up. We checked the oil it wasn’t even on the dip stick. So we go to my buddy at a local jiffy lube and he says it was dangerously low the oil filter canister was broken and no 2 at they ever put oil in there. So we filled it up. Secondly carl didn’t have the title on hand and he said I’ll send it out Tuesday it was a holiday weekend so that was understandable he gave us a trip permit to drive the car until the title arrived but he sent it late. The trip permit expired before the title arrived when I asked him for a tracking number on the phone he said he will find it and give me a call. Never did. California DMV stated if he didn’t have title on hand trip permit should have been over a month. When I went there and asked him for 1 he was being rude to us. When we finally received the title it had my grandpa signature on it when obviously he never sighned… THIS PLACE HAS TERRIBLE SERVICE AND THEY ARE VERY UNPROFFESINOL! They gave us the run around and tried to make us look dumb. Plus forged a signature.

I was the victim of a hit and run that totalled my car and, honey, Im a woman who HAS to have a vehicle so I spent about a week figuring out precisely what I wanted/​needed and looking through Craigslist and I found a Ford Escape that I liked and went in to see about buying it.
Ive never bought a car off of a lot before and my friends and family and the research I did did nothing to alleviate the fear I had about used car lots and used car lot salesmen. Plus, it can be a bit frightening and intimidating to be a woman walking onto a used car lot alone. I said a prayer and went for it.
As it turned out, the people at Quality Car Sales are real stand up guys. They helped me get financed for the amount remaining after my down payment and promised to help me fix an issue with the Escape. Then THEY FOLLOWED THROUGH and fixed it just like they said they would! All while dealing with the never ending ‘side-​eye’ coming from me the entire time. (Sorry fellas!) I have no problem recommending them to a friend or relative looking to buy a good used car. Thank you :)

A side note to ladies looking to buy a car off of a used car lot alone:
1.Know exactly what kind of vehicle it is you want BEFORE you go. Not doing this will all but guarantee you end up with buyers remorse and it will be no ones’ fault but your own.
2. Do your homework. I purchased an account with CarFax and utilized the publicized VIN numbers in the Craigslist ads to check on the history of each vehicle I was interested in. I learned A LOT and saved myself the trouble of a lemon car.
3. Spend a little money to save a LOT of money. I had my mechanic meet me there. She checked the SUV out THOROUGHLY and had she not given me the stamp of approval, that Escape would have stayed right there on the lot that day.
4. Ask for what you want (within reason of course) and be willing to walk away. And stick to it.
and last but not least…
5. Get it in WRITING with a signature.

My son bought a 2004 Subaru Forester from this company and was told it needed a timing belt but they had not changed it so they reduced the price by $ 400. They suggested that he take it to a mechanic that they work with. Instead my son took it to Wentworth Subaru to have a certified mechanic do the work. When they were working on it they found a leak in the head gasket that cost another $ 1800 to fix. When my son contacted Quality Car Sales to ask them if they would help out with the costs they said no, that they’re a wholesaler and they just buy them and sell them. SO BUYER BEWARE QUALITY CAR SALES PORTLAND — MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR OWN MECHANIC DO A THROUGH CHECK OF ANY CAR YOUR CONSIDERING BUYING FROM THEM.
