I’m reasonably happy with the rabbit cages I’ve purchased from here but they do not take their business side seriously. I can’t count how many times I’ve shown up here, well within normal business hours, and they’re randomly closed. SO frustrating! Today I’m wanting to pick up extra carriers so I can bring my rabbits inside during a heat wave but they’re randomly closed for 4 days! I drive here because it’s conveniently close, but I’m just going to start ordering from Bass from now on.

I made an order for 5 items on March 7^th. One item including a chi spin which my chinchilla desperately needs. I was hoping to finally get him a quality wheel. I didnt get any sort if reply until i emailed them on march 9^th. I was then asked if i wanted to process the order and i said yes. On march 20^th i asked them WTF is going on seeing that I have had no contact and my card hasn’t been charged and my order says still processing. Today i told those SOBs to cancel my order. Seriously ridiculous. Nonexistent customer service. Thanks for denying my chinchilla a wheel for almost a month. I was waiting so i could buy him a good one and these assholes just wasted my time. Go elsewhere if you actually want products you can order online.

I bought a big deluxe cage from a popular brand at a local pet store and had to return it since upon assembly, it was so dinky. After extensive research on pet forums, I came across this reputable company for making cages right. Decided to order the Chinchilla Townhome from here for my chin. This thing is pretty big. My chinchilla was mad at first because I took his small house away from him since he had it from the beginning for over a decade already; now he loves his new home. He doesn’t even bug to come out that much since he has so much fun and room in his new cage. I like the fact that there are no wired floors/​stairs so his little feet won’t get hurt. The pull out floor tray is a nice feature for easy cleaning. Poop pellets does fly out from the higher levels though. Maybe I will order the shelve guards. What sucks about having wooden platforms is when he pees on it. Hydrogen peroxide helps clean this issue. Here is their website:

Who cares if this company has good products if you can’t get what you need when you need it? I ordered from these guys and got charged $ 20+ to ship to me, but they took almost 7 days just to drop it off at USPS. What a rip off! There was also no communication to tell me about any delay in shipping. All I got was a «I’m sorry for the miscomunication.» I’m never ordering from this company again.

Absolutely awesome cages! I purchased a three story ferret mansion from them. My ferrets love it! It has plenty of room for everything and it’s well made and sturdy. Each story has a loft, so it has a total of six levels, and each story can be closed off by simply hooking the ramp on the neat little hook. I had my cage powder coated in black which also makes it look really nice. It even has wheels, because I also purchased the stand. This makes it super easy to move for cleaning behind and under it. I added vinyl flooring so that their feet would not be on any cage surface.
When we visited their showroom, they were super friendly and helpful. I am really impressed by these cages and would definitely recommend them over any other ferret cage. And based on my experience, after visiting their showroom, the cages they have for birds and other small animals are great too. They work with rescues and pet owners to design cages that are well suited to the animals. And if those won’t work for you, they will even custom build one! Very highly recommended!

. My chinchillas love their new cage. They use safe materials such as solid pine for shelves (my other chinchilla amputated his foot on the wire shelf of the old cage we got from petco) The galvanized tray & shelf guards catch all their poop so it is super easy to clean. Also love the exercise wheel that doesn’t make any noise when they run on it.
Customer service is excellent. They sent me a replacement guard that was damaged in the mail without any hassle. Highly recommend these cages!
