The people in staff were all very nice here. Doctor Smith was knowledgable and took the time to listen to my concerns. I was seen in the time they told me when I checked in. I would definitely go here again if I was in need of urgent care again.

Apparently this is for the Doctors who work at Providence Immediate Care on 99th. I have had such positive experiences with the medical staff who work at this location that I’ve honestly considered applying for a job because it seems like such a positive environment to work in. I’ve been there 3 times and the first time I met a Dr who I wanted to have as my primary physician because she was so great. Unfortunately my insurance wouldn’t let that happen, but it was testament to the level of medical professional hired — which in my experience is excellent. Each time I’ve seen doctors/PAs there, they have made me feel safe, heard and cared for. Even though I know there are usually people waiting I never feel rushed by the doctors who see me. The rest of the staff are much more hurried, which is to be expected, but the doctors really slow down and connect. It’s impressive and much appreciated. Overall it’s a really clean, organized, welcoming place to receive care in my experience.

If I could give less than one star I would! What a crock! I had surgery on my toe on Tuesday. My podiatrist told me that if bandages slipped I would need to go to urgent care to have it wrapped again as he didn’t want my stitches exposed and didn’t want me to replace my own dressing. Bandages slipped became uncomfortable. Went to urgent care and explained what I needed… they did a half ass job and sent me on my way. By the time I got to my vehicle my bandage looked the same as when I walked in. What a waste of time! I was treated like I was a complete bother to them when I was following written instruction from my doctor… Now still have bandages hanging off and they will have to stay that way till Tuesday when I go back to see him.

I didn’t think anybody could make zoom care look comparatively good, but providence did. After waiting an hour, I moved from 10th in line to 5th in line. Rather than wait another hour, and probably puke in their waiting room, I went to zoom care.

What a scam… I went there a few years back with my Providence health plan through an employer. I was charged my fee for showing up, waiting for-ev-er to see a doc even though there were literally 3 people in the waiting room. I finally got back and there was a doc in Providence scrubs, with a Providence name tag, and a white Providence coat that saw me. I got my script and left. A week later I received a bill from them for«doctor’s services» I called and asked what it was. They told me that I saw a contracted physician not a regular Providence MD so I owe the $ 200 to that MD. I told them they were out of their mind if they think I’m going to use my own insurance and pay my co-pay, and then even more for someone in their building after never even being told this was a possibility, nor was I told that the doc in his blue Prov scrubs wasn’t an actual employee. They tried to send me to collections but failed. I never paid their bill, I never went back. If you can avoid Prov, do.
