History

Established in 1990.

ProLink Solutions began as C&L Appraisals, a small, local appraisal firm. We were founded by my best friend Laurie Egan, who a few years ago passed the company on to me, Dori.

After C&L Appraisals we became Team Appraisals, and then from there we transitioned into being an appraisal management company. With that, our current name — ProLink Solutions!

Recently we have partnered with the national appraisal management company Arivs to bring you the best a national AMC has to offer you (wide coverage, increased business, increased efficiency and performance) while still maintaining the special local expertise that we have spent over twenty years cultivating. We are your local homegrown appraisal business with the performance of a national AMC.

My name is Dori and I am the owner of ProLink Solutions, Inc. dba Arivs, an appraisal management company based here in Portland, Oregon. As a Certified Residential Appraiser myself, I have used my inside knowledge to carefully select the most professional and experienced appraisers in the Pacific Northwest. Because of our special expertise and our commitment to our partners, our largest client has been with us since the founding of our company — over two decades ago! As we say here at ProLink, we will give you the stability and the peace of mind that comes with our promise to be here when you need us. We are permanent quality.
