Fantastic customer service, great sales, and everything you need for your shop or art show! Very impressed!

Horrible service. Apparently if you don’t like something because it wasn’t how your ordered it, you only get refunded a portion of what you paid as well as 65 $ delivery fee on top for taking it back. And even if you ask for it to be completely new, they’ll bring you a used one with scratches everywhere and then bargain with you when you confront them about their mistake. Their excuse was that it’ll be more expensive for us to return it since they’ll have to add another 65 $ delivery fee. It simply wasn’t how I ordered mine yet they wanted money on top for their mistake?
Another time, we asked for a 14 by 14 case with a lid on top. Specifically told them to make a lid. They bring it in and not only is it NOT the right measurements, but no lids. Again, when they are confronted, they say that it was OUR fault because they made no mistake. Wow. No words there. It wasn’t how I ordered it and why would I waste my time ordering something in the wrong size? And then when confronted with the missing lids, they say they never got the memo and that it’s another additional charge. Wow. Never ever recommending any of my friends of family here and hopefully this review will help you make the right decision.
On another note, at the time they were dealing with my boss, who’s not very proficient in English. And I think they tried to use that to their advantage by acting like they misunderstood and trying to bargain with us. Who bargains with customers when they’ve made a mistake? Horrible family business, I hope they learn to treat people a little better and never ever blame a customer for their mistakes.

I found the rack of my dreams today at this wonderful place.
Needed something to display The Cedar Mill News tomorrow at the Cedar Mill Park Concert, and fell in love with the rack of my dreams.
Sturdy, used, and it comes apart for transit. Even a little bit retro in a basic design sort of way.
Super nice folks and if you like browsing, you’re likely to find something you need even if you don’t have a store!

A digger’s paradise with lots of standard store fixtures and kooky items to inspire creative merchandizing. The staff is ridiculously helpful and knowledgeable. They are great with follow-​through and keen to get you what you need. I really feel like they understand the needs and anxieties of the small-​business owner and are thrilled to be a part of any business’s support network. Thanks for great service!

SO COOL! Like a thrift store for wire racks and floor displays. Loved the casual vibe and miscellaneous selection here. As others have noted, they sell everything from tailor’s dummies to metal racks to jewelry displays to tissue papers and bags to package your products. It’s clearly a family run, local business. Two thumbs up, Kat Katie and Josh!

I stopped in there for my first visit Monday on the recommendation of another store that I normally purchase from but they didn’t have what I was looking for. I was welcomed by Angelique who took the time showing me around. I’m glad she did because I didn’t realize that their store was 3 different buildings. I was very impressed by their customer service. Even when I was left to wander around the isles several employee checked in to make sure I was finding everything okay. When I was done shopping I was even helped by one of the owners, Penny, and had great conversation as she helped my secure my load. I happily walked out of there with some items for the company I work for and a little for around my house. Great shop and even better people.

I sell my photography at bazaars and art fairs, and Portland Store Fixtures always has what I need. Everything is reasonably priced, they have used stuff, and it’s all light enough for me to carry and compact enough to fit in my boyfriend’s Scion xB. I bought their wire grids and a card rack there, as well as a few other accessories. The service there is really good, too. Very friendly staff. :)

I have been to this store several times and I am always impressed with how helpful and knowledgeable the staff is about their product… as long as you are not shy to ask. I have decked out my store display with all kinds of pieces from their store and am on my way there now!!!

I admit I’ve only been once so far, but what a productive visit it was. Not only did they have everything I needed for my budding business all in one place, but they very generously stayed open late — just for me! I’ve never had a business do that before. And they were super helpful to boot. I can’t wait to go back and browse the depths of their warehouse full of store-​front goodies — racks, grids, hangers, dress forms, bags, ribbons, clips — you name it, they’ve got it. And if they don’t, they’ll tell you where you can get it. Truly superb customer service I’d love to clone.

Portland Store Fixtures is a huge place full of all the stuff you may need to retail your wares. Very nice laid back staff and really casual environment, If you like to browse or know what you need go and spend a bit of time looking around.

Portland Store Fixtures has everything that you could possibly need as a store owner, from replacement wheels for your rolling racks to pedestals, mannequins, signs, and much more. They also sell bags made from recycled paper and biodegradable biopolymer bags by Trellis. The employees are really nice and laid-​back and happy to help with anything… They made the stressful experience of starting a new business so great. Because my goal was to own a fairly green business, I wanted to get all of my fixtures used, but they also sell new fixtures.
