LOVE everyone here and LOVE my doctor even more I see Dr Jessica Voge and she is the best! I’ve never felt uncomfortable around her like I have with other Doctors, she let’s my son help out during my bi-weekly prenatal visits and he loves her just as much if not more than I do I’m always in and out in 15 – 20 mins and never wait longer than 5 – 10 minutes after checking in The receptionists are all fantastic and all know both of us by name Every MA I’ve encountered here have also all been awesome I’m so happy I found this clinic after my HORRIBLE experience upstairs from them at Bridgeview womens health

I really liked my actual Doctor(Doctor Sang) but I could not abide the chatty front of house staff. They seemed to not be very on task and maybe that’s why there had to be about 4 of them at all times. I was constantly waiting a long time in the waiting room and the exam room. Sitting in the waiting room for 30 minutes + chatty cathys everywhere = Finding a different doctor. I wasn’t even pregnant, which I would imagine would amplify the annoyances 3 fold.

I recently tAlked with another obgyn(who shall remain nameless) who while trying to stay objective basically confirmed my experience. Do yourself a favor and choose another clinic with your precious bits!

Oh, where to start on the 2 day saga of not being listened to and brushed off? I have been a patient there for several years. My doctor had an emergency surgery to do the morning of my appointment, which happens and is not the source of my complaint(s). The problem comes in that my case, my ins termed a the end of the week and I have a tight schedule where I have to request time off long in advance. ANDNOONEWANTEDTOLISTENTOMEORACKNOWLEDGETHISWAS A PROBLEM: In trying to explain this to the receptionist, I asked if I could be put in with another doctor. no answer except that my doctor had been called into emergency surgery. Yeah, I got that. Do you hear my problem? She’ll have someone call me back. that was at 9:15AM. At noon, I called back and restated my problem, but my doctor was called into emergency surgery. YES I KNOW!!! CANYOUUNDERSTANDMYPROBLEM??? Then I got the doctor’s assistant, who said she never got any message, same things repeated to me, I need to reschedule the doc had an emergency surgery. Can I get in with someone else? Again, no answer. I cannot reschedule, my insurance is going away at the end of the month. You need to reschedule. I cannot. Then we cant do anything for you. Then this is the most ridiculous thing. Her solutions is to call the doctor and see if she’ll be able to leave surgery and come over to do my exam. I told her no, I was not asking for that, and that is remarkably dumb, can I get in with any one else? I never got a yes or no, so I said fine, call me back. And she did not. In the meantime, I called my naturopath and she happened to have a cancellation and I made my appointment. Does this end it? Nope. I called and repeated myself again, asked for my records and who can I complain to about this? I was told that the only thing they could offer me was what was offered that morning. I told her that I was offered NOTHING that morning, so who could I complain to? There is no one you can complain to. Really??? Fine, you guys are horrible… The end? Nope. Today at 10:30, I get a call from the assistant saying that they would be glad to see me this morning. No one looked to see that I had my records transferred and that I had written on the release that my appointment was for 9:30 that morning. Complete lack of communication again. I told her that they lost me as a patient and repeated to her what had happened to me the day before, the complete apathy to my issues, and she gave me «I’m sorry you feel that way», no, lady, that is not an apology, that is putting it on me. Then I was told that there was an office manager who was aware of the situation and had been waiting to talk to me. Well, that’s news, and who was going to bother to tell me this? The records keeper who denied that any such person existed? the assistant whom I had already talked to twice? how about the three different receptionists who I explained this to? Or was the office manager ever going to bother to call? I doubt it, they don’t communicate with anyone, nor are they sensitive to issues or care about their patients. Portland’s a big city and there are other providers.

I was very surprised by the other reviews! I’ve been seeing Dr. Michelle Sang for about 3 years — I think she is wonderful. Parking — large parking garage with plenty of open spaces. Atmosphere — it’s clean and smells freshly sanitized! Front office staff — always friendly and patient. They never make me feel like they don’t have time to help me. One of them even had me come back and sit down to go over payment options and make sure my insurance was paying what they were supposed to.(I’ve never heard them talk about other patients or coworkers — another reviewer mentioned this). Doctor’s assistant — she made me feel comfortable and had everything prepared for me. She is no chatty-Kathy if you’re looking for that. Doctor — she really listens, asks questions to clarify, answers all my questions, gave me good options, she doesn’t seem rushed. She is willing to work with my Naturopath to coordinate care. When I leave I feel like I had all my questions answered and I know my options. I highly recommend Dr. Michelle Sang!

My first review was five stars. I am now changing it to two stars. The old school doctors have all retired. The new set of female doctors are HORRIBLE!!! What a joke! Where did these ladies go to school? WOW I want Dr. Ono and Dr. Collins back please. THEYWEREREALDOCTORS! Not These ladies! Go elsewhere!
