Established in 2001.

Joanne Reisman has been practicing law for 29 years. She started Affordable Legal Services in 1988. In 2001 she launched Portland Legal Services with the website: Port​landLe​galSer​vices​.com. This website is designed to allow clients quick assess to free legal information either published by Joanne Reisman or through links provided to other helpful information sites.

Business Owner

Ms. Reisman obtained her BA in Business Economics cum laude from UCLA in 1980. She graduated from Oregon’s Lewis and Clark Law School with her JD in 1983. She is currently a member of the Oregon State Bar, the Multnomah Bar Association, the Washington County Bar Association, the Oregon Trial Lawyer’s Association. and the special interest sections for the Oregon State Bar for Family Law, Estate Planning, Elder Law, Business, Real Estate, and Debtor Creditor Law.

Ms. Reisman is fluent in Spanish. All services are offered in both English and Spanish.
