This agency is very quick to take your money but if you cancel your coverage, getting it back is difficult. I cancelled on the 2nd and on the 21st my payment still drafted out of my acct. When I left a message inquiring about it, no one called me back. When I called again Diane was rude and un-​apologetic and told me it takes 15 day to process the cancellation. When I told her that was 19 days she basically told me «checks in the mail» and told me to have a nice day and hung upon me when I asked to speak to a supervisor. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had with this office.
