Established in 2009.

PDX Ayurveda was created here in Portland just this year. In the summer of 2011 LeeRoy Allen (owner), moved to Portland from New Mexico. Studying Ayurveda with Dr. Lad and learning the importance of Elemental Medicine.

I have meant to write this review for a hot-​minute now…
Leeroy…I LOVE Leeroy. He is extremely professional, has inborn talent for bodywork and basically, I passed out about 1 minute into my Shirodhara, so I don’t remember it clearly, but that is a good thing. Poorly done Shirodhara does not allow you to pass out (when I say this, I mean more like going out of my body to a land where my energy is integrated with all that is… while my wiley mind works its stuff out… plus little snores that wake me and make me remember I have a body), but is rather irritating when done incorrectly. Leeroy knows what he is doing.
He uses high quality oils, clean and comfy sheets and nice essential oils… that is it. His office is really simple, no frills, non-​threatening to the non-​yoga-​ing public. GO to Leeroy. He will make you happy:)

Leeroy has the perfect combination of spirituality and humor. His knowledge of Eastern Medicine is comprehensive. Leeroy takes the time to build a relationship and truly understand your needs. I have worked with him on Yoga and body work and would recommend him to anyone. You will feel comfortable, cared for and empowered.
